The taste is OK I like it makes you feel energy wise. I feel good during the day and it’s definitely something I don’t want to stop. It makes me feel good so I will continue it to.

Best vitamins, as seniors me and my wife have tried lots of different brands of multi vitamins, and we both think Mary Ruth’s are the best we have ever used.

We love this multivitamin. With all the natural ingredients that comes with it. I just wish they will bump up dosage for the zinc. Other than that we are satisified with the product.

This tastes great. I love that this uses folate instead of folic acid. I noticed a change in my energy levels! Waiting for the liquid prenatal to come back in stock so I can try that.

I was skeptical at first because I have VERY picky children and the price is higher then the other vitamins I usually buy. HOWEVER, they actually drink this vitamin every morning, as do my husband and I. Its easy to take and taste good.

I’m a little concerned about the origin of some of the ingredients and how they are grown, etc. The taste is fine. The texture and smell are good.

Ordered these liquid vitamins and highly recommend them! I feel way more energy than I ever have! My hair and nails have grown and feel healthy. I’m a BELIEVER in these vitamins! You won’t be disappointed!
