Sadly, the weed eater broke within the first five minutes of use. Because it was a gift for my niece in North Carolina, they kept the remaining tools and so far they are still working. I was sad, but oh well.

Great products. Love how lightweight they are. They were easy to put together and directions were straight forward. My favorite part is that the grass trimmer doesn't require the usual string like other ones and it gave plenty of replacement blades.

Bought the blower and got one battery it worked well so my wife got me the set for Christmas and the batteries won't charge on the charger and the battery went out on the blower I bought earlier so don't buy

I just purchased this because it was on sale and seemed like a good value. I really only needed the leaf blower and hedge trimmer, so the weed whip was an extra bonus. I live in an area where Japanese Knotweed grows near my house and need to trim it back every year. While the hedge trimmer struggled a little on the really thick ones it did just fine for me. I love that it is battery operated, so no cord to trip over. The battery life seemed very good as I never needed to get the second battery out. I saw some complaints about short battery life, but it lasted for over 4hrs for me and still had charge. These are very lightweight tools, and will be just I what I need!

I was a little nervous to by this, because there were no reviews. Here I am, the first person to review it. When it arrived it was so light, I was nervous. I opened it, it came with 2 rechargable batteries, which I thought was odd. Since there are 3 peices. But they work, and well! I am a mother of 5, i habe carpal tunnel, and arthritis, so the size, and weight worked out perfect for me to do my yard work throught the Spring-Fall months. I may not know alot about this stuff, but it works, and the price fit my budget. I needed everything in this set, so it was perfect. Also, the tools come with covers (protectors) which I thought was really nice. Kids cant turn it on if there's no battery connected. I love it!

This set of 3 tools was purchased in May. Good price with $30 off. The pole trimmer stopped functioning after 3 short uses. The company warranty is two years. I called and after 20 minutes I was told to respond to their E-mail with my correct mailing address and the invoice for the purchase. After three business days I called back and was told this device is out of stock and I should call back in 4-6 weeks.

Works great love it...Should have purchased 2 sets...Wish it came with a bigger battery for blower all the other tools last a long time with batteries that came with it...Well worth the money you will not be disappointed with your purchase. Can't say anything bad about this bundle.

Two out of the three are amazing! The problem is the trimmer and the customer service! I have just finished speaking with one of their reps and she was of no help. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that I will have to wait for a call back. People have posted that they have been waiting for months for a call back so I have no faith that I will be called back. This is a useless product because the blades only last for one small grass trim use and have been used up in the two months since we purchased the trimmer even with the extras that were provided in the package deal from Sam’s Club. The other products are amazing and I am not about to send everything back to them since the only problem is that we cannot purchase the blades! It is a terrible design for a weed trimmer. Why isn’t it a string trimmer?? The blades have never been available since I purchased the trimmer in May because I tried to purchase them right away to avoid searching for them when we would run out. We have the pressure washer, rototiller, the powerful blower, the regular blower and the hedge trimmer from Sun Joe and love all of them. I am so disappointed in Sun Joe for the horrible customer service. I am left with a completely useless product and now must purchase another weed trimmer so we can trim our grass for the rest of the summer! If you are purchasing this package deal for the trimmer I would not recommend purchasing it. If you have a problem with one of the items, Sun Joe will want you to send the whole package back for store credit at Sun Joe, not Sam’s Club.

I thought this was a great deal at a good price. Unfortunately the weed eater broke the third time I used it. And when contacting Sun Joe you get the runaround. The bottom line is the weed eater has actually been discontinued.Has to call For a couple months . They wanted to replace it with the same item Even after they told me that it's discontinued and the blades are discontinued so even if it did work once you run out of blades You can't get anymore period.In the end they did replace it with Another weed eater
