I just blower and already one of the batteries stopped working Also it is extremely hard to remove battery from Blower.

Not worth product and worst custommer service

I received Sun Joe 24V IONMAX Cordless Leaf Blower, Grass and Hedge Trimmer Combo Kit, 24V-GT4MAX-LTE.  but I'm not satisfied because the Grass Trimmer and one battery have already been used. The main reason for the purchase was to acquire a battery powered hedge clipper that my wife could operate.  She can and the clippers work better than expected.  I was hoping she would be able to do "touch-up" trimming; but the trimmer was powerful enough to cut through thicker branching than I expected.  I only checked the other parts to make sure they worked; they did.  Overall, this set was an inexpensive group of lawn and garden tools that operate well and are light weight for us elders.
