I purchased this when Sam's had it on sale at the beginning of yard season. I attempted to activate the warranty and couldn't complete on my own. I called the company, they couldn't do it either. They assured me they would call back or send email once it was registered. Still have not heard from them. Now it doesn't work correctly and I cannot trim the edges of my lawn without recharging after ten minutes. The charging unit says the battery is full but it will not turn on the edger. The blower is okay but nothing to write home about. I guess for the cheap price I should be happy I made it through 1/3 of the season. I suggest spending a few bucks more and trying a different product.

Trimmer is crap! I used it once and the plastic hub that hold the trimmer piece broke. Contacted their customer service and it's been three weeks and they just email me and ask for additional info each time. First, prove when and where I bought it along with Model and Serial number (I had registered the product so they had all this info). Second time it was asking for a pic of my Sam's Club receipt, pic of damaged part and explanation of how I was using it when it broke (no problem there). Third was asking where and how I store it and more info on how it broke. I like the leaf blower and hedge trimmer though. But may have to take it back to Sam's club if they can't/won't get me a simple part (it's plastic).

Use all 3 products today and was pleasantly surprised how great they were. Ran all 3 a log time and still had power in the battery. Very pleased

this is not made any more. i loved the edgar and weed wacker. the little yelellow ltabs used to cut grass is gone. they break easy.cant be replaced. the edgar blade ,hit one rock its gone. 42.00 for 3 replacements. blower and hedge trimmer is good.

The trimmer is a piece of garbage, all other items are acceptable.

Weed eater is terrible. Would not recommend.

The weedwacker started smoking!

Turned the blower on, a piece of plastic fell out, the blower quit, there was a burnt smell and the item would not turn on.
