Medium firm = soft. I would not recommend for an adult but it's perfect for our 5 year old. Otherwise this is a great mattress for the price.

One would consider this bed quite soft. It is for my son who is 20 and he loves it. Too soft for my old back.

Very comfortable, easy to set up. Love the adjustable feature and the massage when you have sore muscles. Best sleep in a long while.

Perfect mattress for my extra tall teenage boy. He says its the perfect hug at night yet is still firm enough. Very pleased

It is a very comfortable twin mattress that I would buy again. It is thick enough to give you the support and soft enough to make very comfortable.

Great price! Just as good as my old $800 one. Just wish the cover was removable so cleaning was easier.
