I loved this mattress for about 60 days BUT at about 2 months of owning this, the foam inside started to yellow and come through the fabric casing-which is not washable. It looked awful. Thankfully Sams has a 90 day return policy BUT you cannot take it back to them so you are stuck paying $100 to have it hauled away so you don’t really get a full refund. If you don’t care how it looks, but it and get good sleep. If you do, choose something different.

The 12” queen is heavy. Purchased at my local club. Gave it an honest 36 hours of “breathing” to reach full size/shape. The carton reads “medium firm.” The model number on the box does not match anything on the Sam’s Club website. The emailed store receipt says “medium?” Can not reconcile this issue. There are ripples/ridges forming in the quilted top covering which suggests either the zipped cover or the mattress may be sized incorrectly. I’m determining if this is becoming an issue and what’s an acceptable remedy.

The biggest problem I have is this mattress does not cool at all. I bought this in summer and itwas hot. I thought it might be nice in winter, but I am still waking up sweating horrendously. Also the mattress is quite soft and trying to turn to my side I feel like im trapped in a giant marshmellow. I really wanted to live this mattress, but this mattress was a great let down.

Adequate for guest room. Too soft for me—I do like firm mattresses though. Convenient in the box. Shopping experience was awful though. Well—cashier was—rude!! And very strange—there was a music speaker on the floor that I almost tripped over. Playing loud music. I lowered the music and the cashier got aggressive about that. Just a strange experience.

Easy to assemble. Great quality.

Love this mattress, not too hard and not to soft. Planning on getting a full size next.
