Comfy for the price!!

I purchased a Queen Medium in August 2024. This mattress is as good if not better than my $3000 mattress. I sleep better on this mattress than I do my tried and true expensive one. When the time comes to replace my King, I'll be purchasing this mattress. I am very very very pleased. Medium is the perfect firmness.

Purchased because had good reviews. It was very comfortable but was concerned as a lump started to develop. I have had a Foam mattress before and not had this issue. I had to return it because it was starting to bother me. Spend the extra money on a Serta. You do bring it back to return it.

I have found that Buying a mattress is not as easy as buying groceries. If you go to a furniture or mattress store. You CANNOT simply buy it and take it (even if you have a truck). You Have To "Order" it. Then, they will deliver it. The DELIVERY Is NOT Free! Anyway, This mattress. Comes in a box?? You have to carefullu roll it out. It expands to an impressive thickness. If you've been slepping on a bad bed. This will seem like HEAVEN! It did for me. I sleep Better now!

Rating this 5 stars because for the price it can’t be beat. We had this delivered, and the box it came in was bulky and hard to maneuver. Purchasing in store it came nicely packaged with little roller wheels- I wish we would have just picked it up instead of having it delivered. Like others have said, it’s a really soft mattress. I like it more firm, but I’m happy with it and my partner really loves it. If you don’t like a soft mattress, this isn’t the bed for you. Set up was easy and it was able to be slept on after “raising” for about 6 hours. Moral of the story- for the price I would absolutely purchase again.

My husband loved this mattress instantly. Going from an innerspring mattress to a foam one was a little more difficult for me. It took a couple of weeks for me to really like it. Now we both love the mattress so much, we went ahead and bought one for our RV.

My wife and I tried this mattress because we wanted something medium firm, but this is more like a plush mattress. If you like something really soft, you might like this but it was not medium firm. I was also disappointed in sams club return policy (auburn hills, mi) as they had special conditions about returning this that aren't listed on their website or anywhere in the store. Inquire with your store about returns before buying.

I purchased the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12-Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Full size) on May 27, 2024 for my son's room. A week ago, I discovered he was sleeping on the floor without mentioning any discomfort with the mattress. On December 6, 2024, I bought a new bed frame because I hadn't’t purchased a box spring. Initially, I noticed the head of the mattress was lower than the foot, which I attributed to it being new. Now, there’s a sinkhole forming at the head of the mattress. While the mattress has a weight limit of 300 lbs and my son weighs approximately 274 lbs, I am unsure if this is contributing to the issue.

The 12” queen is heavy. Purchased at my local club. Gave it an honest 36 hours of “breathing” to reach full size/shape. The carton reads “medium firm.” The model number on the box does not match anything on the Sam’s Club website. The emailed store receipt says “medium?” Can not reconcile this issue. There are ripples/ridges forming in the quilted top covering which suggests either the zipped cover or the mattress may be sized incorrectly. I’m determining if this is becoming an issue and what’s an acceptable remedy.
