The mattress is comfortable. I’m giving a rating of two stars because it wreaks of chemicals. It still smells just like it did the day it came out of the box and it’s been two months. The information pamphlet says it should stop smelling a few days after we unbox it. We have to air out the room daily.

I took a chance by reading all the great reviews. Well that chance was a gamble I lost. Where do I start. First I let it air out for 72 hrs 24 more hrs than recommended and it still never fully inflated. Second this mattress is totally uncomfortable. I’ve slept on cots while deployed that was more comfortable. This was $400 plus bucks down the drain that I couldn’t afford. You live and you learn.

We bought this mattress maybe a year ago to replace a 15 year old mattress. At first we loved it but it quickly went down hill from there. We let it set up for a full 48 hours to lay on it and the first month was nice. Then to my surprise the middle started sagging and BAD. After numerous spins over the last few months this mattress is almost unusable as the center sinks so bad that my fiancé and myself wake up basically on top of eachother every single morning and with worsening back pain each day. Absolutely do not suggest this mattress and am currently looking into their “10 year warranty” they advertise

The manufacturing chemical smell has not gone away after letting this mattress air out with the windows open and no cover on it for 48 hours. With a waterproof cover, mattress pad, sheets and comforter, the room still smells and my hair even smells like the chemicals after sleeping in it. It's a decent mattress otherwise although you will slide off if you try to sit on the edge of it. It's very soft.

I was very disappointed. This bed was warm and worse way too soft. It was so soft the sheets were constantly popping off. After calling Members Mark and trying it for almost two months this bed had to go back to the store. Check out the new Casper line… Im MUCH happier.

I have slept on a fair few beds in my life. All have been coil inside ones. I moved recently and needed a bed and opted for this one as it seemed reasonably priced. I waited a month round about to make any review on this bed. It is SO COMFORTABLE. I didn't read many reviews on it but what I did see was saying it was too firm or not firm enough. Look, if you like something that is gunna be plush FEELING but you don't sink a foot in to this is perfection! It took 48 hours to expand, once expanded it was some of the best sleep I've had in years. The adjustment period wasn't bad at all either, I did have some tension in my shoulders during it but that was just my body getting used to a more comfy bed than a harsh bed you can feel springs in. Warranty is good for 10 years and covers a 1in or greater dip in the bed. Seems good enough for foam beds since I've read that does happen to them.

**** Full size, Firm **** If you’re looking for a firm mattress, this is not the one to buy. The mattress I received could be considered "medium" at best, which was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my frustration didn’t end there—it only increased when I tried to return the item. I contacted Sam’s Club to request a return. Given the mattress’s size and that it had expanded after unboxing, I asked them to arrange a pickup. They agreed and scheduled one with AIT delivery service. But after more than three weeks, I’m still waiting for them to confirm a pickup time. During this period, I’ve reached out to Sam’s Club four additional times. Each time, they claimed that AIT had tried to call me, but I hadn’t answered—which isn’t accurate. I made sure to answer every call, and there were no voicemails left, which would have been expected if I missed a call. Sam’s Club also assured me that AIT would contact me by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any emails (I checked my spam folder too). It feels like there is a complete lack of coordination between Sam’s Club and AIT. In my latest conversation with Sam’s Club, they promised AIT would contact me within seven days, but at this point, I don’t have much faith in their word. My takeaway from this experience: Avoid buying any freight item from Sam’s Club. I had a similar issue with a previous Sam’s Club delivery, where a “white glove” item was simply left at my front door. Although they gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, I ended up spending more just to bring it inside and set it up.

I bought this mattress after sleeping on a 1k Serta fancy all the bells and whistles and mattress for the last 5 years. I have never slept better in my life. It is a spiritual experience climbing into this bed every night. I have to fight off my children who try to climb in to our bed every night as well. It’s a neat lesson on physics too, during these homeschooling times.

I tried this mattress during a recent trip to the Caribbean and had a great sleep experience. I took a picture of the mattress, knowing I'd need a new one soon. A few months after my trip, I decided to purchase it. 1. Delivery: Arrived on time, even a day earlier than expected. 2. Condition: The mattress was well-sealed and arrived in good condition with no visible damage. As a 5'2", 140-pound 39 yrs old woman, I didn’t found it challenging to unpack alone. 3. Comfort: The mattress is very comfortable. I fell in love with it instantly and hope it remains so in the long term. The following factors led to a lower rating: 4. Odor: The mattress has a strong paint-like smell. During my trip, I experienced a running nose and shortness of breath upon entering my accommodation, which I initially attributed to the weather. However, upon unboxing the mattress, I experienced similar symptoms again, which makes me wonder if it's related to the mattress odor. 5. Durability: As I've just received the mattress, I cannot yet assess its durability. I hope this review provides helpful insights into my experience with this mattress.

After reading the negative and positive reviews for this mattress, I decided to give it a shot because we were in desperate need of a replacement. This mattress is advertised as a medium-firm mattress, but it is NOT that whatsoever. This mattress is SOFT... so soft that your entire body will sink in if you weigh over 150lbs. If you’re into that, then it may work for you. But if you bought a medium-firm mattress because you prefer medium-firm mattresses, you will be highly disappointed. If you prefer firm mattresses and thought you might just settle for a “medium-firm”, then you may fall into a deep depression. Believe me before you waste your money like I did... this mattress is nowhere near medium firm, or even medium. Also, prepare to have your room smell like chemicals for several days. We off-gassed and decompressed this thing for an entire day outside and the smell is still giving me headaches. Here’s to hoping I can return this thing!
