Hotel Premiere Queen Mattress

If you’re looking for quality sleep don’t hesitate to order this mattress. This review might be a bit premature as I’ve had the mattress less than a week, but I am impressed!! I will update my review if warranted but for now this mattress is 4 layers of pure heaven! Cool to the touch, very comfortable and fit on my existing box spring.

Nothing premier about it

Worst mattress I've ever had. Feel like I'm going to fall out of bed every night. If Sam's club didn't screw up my order the first time I have a great mattress. But they didn't render that situation the right way. So I got stuck with this one. It was horrible online customer service. When you're in a house fire all you want to do is sleep in a bed after 2 months of not having one. I waited for the one I ordered only for to be the wrong size sent. And then waited another two weeks for it to be refunded. And had to buy this one in a pinch. And it's awful completely awful. It's uncomfortable, I feel like I'm going to roll out of it and I feel sweaty and smelly from the mattress when I get up.

Worked in a jam. Picked up a mattress on the cheap after ours was ripped my movers. I also picked up 2 twin xl for 2 of my kids after they got new beds. I shoukd have known better for our adult bed. It was comfortable for a little over a year, then had noticeable dips and sag in the top layer. My partner and I both weigh between 140-150, so we aren't overly large people. Rotating the mattress didn't help prevent the sag. After 1.5 years my back couldn't take it anymore, and this mattress had to go. I'm also noticing a bit of sag in the 8 year old's mattress. She's under 100lbs AND doesn't live with us/sleep here full time. The top layer just doesn't hold up. No issues on the mattress for the 4yr old but... she's 4. Same thing there - that she doesn't sleep over at our place every night. Wishing I had just gotten innerspring mattresses for the kids, and gone back to our original mattress (Tuft and Needle) from the get go.

Firm King. Love it!

After much research we chose this firm, king size mattress. After originally leaning towards a hybrid mattress with springs and foam, we are extremely pleased with our all foam mattress. IMO, the addition of springs just adds an unnecessary quality risk with the way these "bed in a box" mattresses are packed. We had concerns about returnability and felt that a Sam's Club product (Members Mark) would be more highly supported in case there were issues. This mattress gives firm support, yet is comfortable whether a side sleeper or back/stomach sleeper. Without a legitimate firm mattress we are subject to back discomfort. After 7 nights of use we are happy to say that we are extremely pleased with our choice.

Buyers Beware of Sam's Club

Buyers beware! This mattress is comfortable in the center, however mine never formed on the sides. We waited 52 hours to get on it but it never took. Since then I've been trying to get a refund or a replacement on it but sam's refuses to take care of it. They keep saying they need to pick it up before they will issue me a refund but THEY WON'T PICK IT UP. I keep calling over and over and over again to get it scheduled but they keep telling me i have to wait to be contacted. Sam's club online customer service is by far THE WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. For everyday purchases, Sams is great. But if you're looking to make a large purchase with a "warranty" i strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. Sams does not stand behind their product and they make it outrageously difficult to get help.

Great comfort, but HOT

My husband and I have been using this mattress for the last 3 months. Compared to our old mattress, I love it! It’s great for relaxing and so nice to sit up and read/watch tv without getting uncomfortable. I do like sleeping on it, but I’d prefer it to be much more firmer. I was not sold on memory foam for this reason. My biggest complaint is that it says it has a cooling feature. We have a mattress cover on top, so not sure if that takes away from the coolness? My biggest issue is that we both wake up extremely hot. We like to sleep with the AC turned down, so if we forget to do that, we will wake up HOT and sweaty. Overall it’s a great mattress, but not sure if I’d purchase for myself again.

Not firm at all!!!

**** Full size, Firm **** If you’re looking for a firm mattress, this is not the one to buy. The mattress I received could be considered "medium" at best, which was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my frustration didn’t end there—it only increased when I tried to return the item. I contacted Sam’s Club to request a return. Given the mattress’s size and that it had expanded after unboxing, I asked them to arrange a pickup. They agreed and scheduled one with AIT delivery service. But after more than three weeks, I’m still waiting for them to confirm a pickup time. During this period, I’ve reached out to Sam’s Club four additional times. Each time, they claimed that AIT had tried to call me, but I hadn’t answered—which isn’t accurate. I made sure to answer every call, and there were no voicemails left, which would have been expected if I missed a call. Sam’s Club also assured me that AIT would contact me by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any emails (I checked my spam folder too). It feels like there is a complete lack of coordination between Sam’s Club and AIT. In my latest conversation with Sam’s Club, they promised AIT would contact me within seven days, but at this point, I don’t have much faith in their word. My takeaway from this experience: Avoid buying any freight item from Sam’s Club. I had a similar issue with a previous Sam’s Club delivery, where a “white glove” item was simply left at my front door. Although they gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, I ended up spending more just to bring it inside and set it up.
