False advertising

I purchased this mattress for my office / guest room. I got the firm twin size. The process of unpacking was super easy and literally the foam mattress filled up very quickly and have had no issues with it. I am super excited for my upcoming guest to come and stay.

This is the second Members Mark mattress we have purchased and we love them.

Best low cost mattress

Comfortable for an expecting mom. Still waiting for odor to clear , it has been 2 weeks ago.

Using fresh sliced fruit and onions to cover odor.

Mattress not as described

Hired someone to transport since it was too heavy for me. Unboxed it and once it uncurled, it had a chunk of foam missing under the cover. I contacted Sam's to see if they could arrange to pick it up to return to the store so I could order replacement online. They would have picked it up if it was ordered online but refused to do that since it was bought. It is too large to fit in my car and far too heavy for me to handle. I'm very disappointed in the mattress and Sam's for not making this right.

Defective & Sam's won't help

Very comfy. Slightly soft but as I age I find I need a soft mattress to reduce back pain due to DJD. my adult kids also find it comfortable too. We've purchased 3 in the past few years, so we are starting a mattress collection. Lol
