I have purchased more than 7 boxed memory foam from Sam’s or Costco. This mattress was packaged beautifully, sprang up when opened and had far less of the chemical smell than previous mattresses. I gave it 24 hours to rise, but the morning after I slept on it I had new pain in my hips, knees, elbows and shoulders...I’m 5’5, 130 lbs and 40 years old. This type of pain was a first! I tried it again for 2 hours the next night and moved to the sofa. For whatever reason this particular members mark hotel collection mattress was too firm for me. In the store I sat on Serta’s bed in a box version and it was far softer but was unclear if that was its composition or if it had been broken in by other consumers. I purchased the members mark mattress because they produce great products and I wanted to give them a shot. Luckily I was able to track down my receipt from my previous mattress also purchased at Sam’s by Night Therapy and ordered it as a replacement. I purchased a mattress bag to protect the members mark mattress in the return process, but when I called to double check they were accepting return due to covid they told me Fed Ex would pick it up! The associate on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful immediately credited my card and arranged Fed Ex pick-up 2 days later. I had a terrific experience even though this bed didn’t work out for me!

This mattress is soooo comfortable, and sturdy to! We are using it for a kids loft bed, no box spring is needed, and it fit perfectly for the size of the frame. Tip: place mattress on base BEFORE you cut the plastic cover, it fills with air to size very quickly.

I give 1 star because I’m sure other people like it that soft but I expected it to be a little firmer for medium firm, but it was so soft you sank so far in it hurt my back when laying on my stomach. The smell was just plain god awful and didn’t go away even after airing it out for over 48 hours with windows open in the room. The smell gave me migraines as well as made my sinuses hurt. We returned the bed and ordered one of from Walmart that has been much better.

Gave this product a 3 star for poor operational service, not quality of mattress. Received a banged up set of brown boxes that were taped together and thought that this must be the shipping box over the official Members Mark Box I saw in the store on a mattress of a different size. Unfortunately No. Opened up the brown mishmash of boxes to find a shrink wrapped mattress that had OBVIOUSLY been previously opened, that someone must of returned, that was rewrapped and shipped out, instead of a NEW mattress that I ordered and paid for. I decided to forge ahead and bite the bullet since I needed the mattress and it appeared that it was unused and clean. Took 6 days to fully expand and firm up Mattress has so far lived up to expectation Shipped and arrived ahead of schedule

I bought this full size 12 inch high Membermark firm mattress from Sam’s Club less than 2 years ago with an adjustable membermark base. I turned the mattress in all 4 positions but it lost its firmness and uncomfortable in flat position. I weigh 230 pounds. It has a 10 year warranty, but no idea how to act on it and with who.

Brought matress home, took it out of the box, unfolded it, and then start to cut the plastic off of the mattress while it inflated. Stopped immediately when I noticed there was mold/mildew growing on the bottom of the mattress. I was very happy that we had not already taken our previous mattress to the curb. The end of the mattress that had the mold/mildew also did not inflate correctly by the time we took it back to Sams Club the next day. At least the return was easy!

Need help, FedEx did not deliver because they said it was damaged. Both FedEx AND Sams club have been INVESTIGATING for 3 weeks. Please can I have my 400 bucks back or another mattress! I need this for next weekend. It has been a month since they took my money.

I gave it a 4 because the sheets will not stay on the corners. I am not a bad sleeper by any stretch. I used to go to sleep and the other side of the bed would still be perfect. Now for some reason the corner always come unfasten. It arrived compressed, once you cut the plastic, it expands. Place it on the frame before removing the plastic. That is my only complaint is about the corner, other than that it is perfect.

This is not really a firm mattress. Some areas of the mattress are softer than others. Our backs have hurt every morning since the purchase of this mattress. I would love to return it but there is no way for me to transport a king mattress back to Sam's Club. It was delivered vacuum sealed in small box and then expands to full size.

Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12" Queen Mattress. Picked up at store, was in a box wrapped in plastic. Did not notice any smell and it unfolded quickly without any curling of sides. My teen boy is using this mattress without a box spring and he says it is awesome and comfortable. Price and width was a selling point for us.
