I really wanted to love this mattress, but I don’t. I ordered it in early December 2025, and have slept on it for a month and a half now and I just hate it and really regret getting a memory foam mattress, and an ultra plush one at that. I cannot get comfortable. No matter how I lie, be on either side, my back, my stomach, kind of on my side and stomach, I cannot get truly comfortable. I can’t sleep well either on account and I think I’m averaging about two to four hours of sleep per night. Getting off of this bed is so difficult and I messed up my right knee getting up and down off this bed that I had to barrow a walker from my 90 year old neighbor (I just turned 48!) because my knee was so painful and strained and trying to give out on me from getting up and down off the mattress. My lower back and hips are also always extremely stiff and sore now after nearly two months of ‘sleeping’ on this mattress. I’m now going to lol for a hybrid mattress and spend yet more money to replace this one that I can’t enjoy.

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

I am experiencing lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will not get another mattress with memory foam again. I’m looking for a bed topper that is firm to try and even it out. So disappointed by the description and positive reviews. I would rather sleep on the couch (Which is what I’m doing now) or have my old 20 plus year old mattress back.

Comfortable little bed for now! Sleeping on a daybed after the move and had to order this twin mattress up really quick. Picked up with no issues from local Sam's Club. It has been a couple of weeks and it is actually really comfortable. It's going to end up in the office as a spare bed and I know the kids or even a single adult is going to be very comfortable sleeping on it for a few days or even an extended visit. I am most happy with the purchase and even debating ordering one for my bed or stepping up to the hybrid one for my bed. The price can't be beat!

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

Convenient to purchase and quick to set up. Extremely comfortable and has great support for your entire body. Would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive but high quality mattress that you don't need a pickup to transport. Loved the convenience of the bed in a box and being able to carry it up a narrow staircase.

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

The mattress is comfortable. I’m giving a rating of two stars because it wreaks of chemicals. It still smells just like it did the day it came out of the box and it’s been two months. The information pamphlet says it should stop smelling a few days after we unbox it. We have to air out the room daily.

Mattress sleeps well but after a couple of nights of sleep we noticed a wrinkle in the mattress/ fabric all the way across the middle of the bed. So now when we sleep on it you can feel the wrinkle underneath it. They sent a replacement, it done the samething.
