I bought this full size 12 inch high Membermark firm mattress from Sam’s Club less than 2 years ago with an adjustable membermark base. I turned the mattress in all 4 positions but it lost its firmness and uncomfortable in flat position. I weigh 230 pounds. It has a 10 year warranty, but no idea how to act on it and with who.

I bought this bed for my daughter and so far she is loving it. The box that it came in was nice and compact. Once I opened the box and took out the mattress I laid it out and it started to rise immediately. When reading reviews, some people were saying that the mattress never reached the fullness that was stated for the mattress so I was a little concerned, but the mattress did expand and is very comfortable and the price was great!!!

We bought this for our oldest child a few years ago and it hasn’t been destroyed/ sagged and now this one for our youngest. So comfortable I’m thinking of trading our bed for this too. I have no back pain when I sleep on one of their beds. Only downside is if you like to sit on the edge of the bed, you will sink.

We bought two of the XL Twin Firm mattresses. Before this purchase we had a sleep number bed. After20 years I still tossed and turned all night. With these new mattresses I placed a 1inch memory foam topper on them. I no longer toss and turn at night. So very comfortable on these mattresses. They came rolled and vacuum sealed in individual boxes. Never would have thought they would be this amazing. So glad we got them. Don't miss the sleep number at at.

This mattress is really nice! I love how easy set up was. It is comfortable I would say it is soft but firm. The only negative for us was the smell it has a strong chemical smell out of the box that has been hard to get rid of. But we left the window open so it can air out. As far as price & quality this has been a great purchase for us.

Purchased two queen mattress’s guest bedrooms. Everyone remarked how well they slept on them! Arrived pretty quickly after ordered. Arrived in a large but not too bulky box. The mattress expands after unboxing. Not two heavy but does take two to maneuver due to size.

Purchased 2 of these for my young granddaughter's daybed and for an extra bed for company. Adult company said they slept well. My granddaughter loves it! As for me with back and neck and hip pain I would need something a little more supportive to the body.

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

I orginally purchased one of these beds with the adjustable base for my mother when she went into independent living. She absolutely loves it and my kids also love resting on grandma's bed. When we moved and my girls had outgrown their bunk beds, I bought two more. So, everyone loves their beds!

This mattress was much softer than I thought it would be. When I lay down, I sink a little. I would not advise using a fluffy pillow with this mattress. Could be good if you sleep on your back but not your side or stomach. The edges have a lot of give so if you're not careful you could easily roll out onto the floor. It was easy to put on the bed. But make sure you don't break the plastic before placing it in the desire location. Once air hits, it expands. Also, I don't get as hot in this mattress as I did my other. Since I just have a car and not a truck, it was easy to transport. Just shove the box in my back seat.
