Bought a twin xl for my teenage son and it's very comfy and perfect for a big boy.

Noticed it was wider than my other twins, sure enough it was too wide for our bedframe.

I normally am a stomach sleeper but on this mattress I toss and turn all night and never get comfortable. It’s way too soft

I ordered a firm and it’s soft as a cotton ball. I don’t know how they think that’s firm. Waaaaaayyyyy too soft
