At first the mattress was comfortable, but that only lasted a few months. After a year or so, the mattress has started to lose shape and I have been noticing the lack of quality sleep.

Bought one on a Sat , loved it so much bought a second one the next day. . Loved the firmness. Unfortunately , the second one was way softer. Didn’t like it.

I ordered this mattress which stated free shipping for plus, which I am, ordered a plush and it ended costing over $25.00 for shipping, a classic bait and switch.

This mattress stinks! Bought for my toddler’s upgrade to a big boy bed and the small is just horrible. It smells like plastic! Can smell from the hallway it’s so bad. Has been open and airing out for two days and not any better. Will be going back.

This mattress is great though, soft but supportive. Love that it's not too deep, I can actually use all my sheets. Really recommend this mattress.

This unrolls into a queen size mattress. I love how comfortable the mattress is when laying on it. You don't feel your partner getting on at one end, the vibrations and movement is mitigated from side to side. So when my partner gets on or off, I don't feel it when laying on the mattress, which is great since we have a newborn and constantly getting off the mattress. I love the firmness of the 12 inch foam and getting a good night's rest. Very satisfied with the mattress.

I have been working from home for the last three weeks so the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress has been my office. I can say that it’s an office I never would like to leave that’s how great it feels. I know that this has been the best sleep that I have had in years no waking up at night or tossing and turning just peaceful sleep. I liked that it was easy for me to move around on my own. Its 12 inches deep and queen size so it was just what my wife and I needed to finally get our four year old out of our bed. Though I usually prefer a firm bed this one completely surprised me. It's the perfect amount of room for two full size adults. We just completely redid our room so we needed something smaller compared to the king that we originally had and this was right up our alley. The bed comes to you in a bag and so we were a little sceptic opening it but it completely surprised us how comfortable it was. The bed is made of a very soft fabric that isn't itchy like some. All in all this bed is perfect from the thickness to the size and also that super soft fabric that its made of that makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.

My wife and I agree. This is an outstanding mattress, and yes. It does feel like the ones you'll encounter at an above average hotel. On value I give it a 10. On comfort I give it a 10, too. And thanks to my smart watch which monitors the quality of my sleep I can report that on the very first night I used this mattress I spent more time in "deep sleep" than I have for months. On this mattress I experience absolutely no problems with overheating. I'm also able to turn and roll freely. I notice none of that "stuck in a marshmallow" feeling that I've experienced on other beds. We decided to go with Sam's purely because of the quality products in their store. Buying a mattress in a box in scary, but we felt like if anybody was going to have a good one; no a great one at a reasonable price Sam's would. We feel like our decision was spot on and quite honestly couldn't be happier. As a result, I'm taking the time to write this honest review. Just go ahead and get this thing. It's wonderful!
