It is very comfortable and it's Queen size. It keeps me cool, has the cooling gel in it, for when you get hot while sleeping. I love it!!! I can't quit talking about it to my family and friends. I have recommended it to friends and family and a few Strangers. I wake up refreshed. I fall asleep faster. It doesn't sag or loose the cushioning. Once you get up, it expands back into the full mattress and looks like a brand new one again. It's made of durable, quality material. It's very durable. It comes with easy to understand instructions and is very very comfortable. I have recommended it to everyone and I will kernels on. My back feels great and I feel energetic and refreshed when I wake up every morning now.

I removed it and allowed it to sit in my office for the full 48 hours it recommended. There is a slight odor when you initially take it out. I only get a hint of it now but can tell it is going away. The covering on this mattress is soft and cool to the touch. The mattress itself is super comfortable with the right amount of support. My boyfriend is normally a tosser at night. He didn't move. I am a very hot sleeper, with my pillow and mattress feeling like steam is coming up from it when I get up. I remained cool and under my covers the whole night. I am very pleased with this mattress and would highly recommend it.

I am falling asleep right away and staying comfy throughout the entire night. I tend to get hot when I sleep and this mattress helps me stay cool. I wake up feeling refreshed with no aches or pains. When my husband moves I don't feel the bed move. I love that it was packed rolled up to make it very easy to get into the house and into my bedroom before opening. I would definitely recommend this mattress and look forward to my continued nights of comfort and coolness.

It is very comfortable and is the perfect firmness mixed with softness for me. The quality is great and seems durable. I am really enjoying this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress was shipped to my door...in a BOX! It comes rolled up, so you have to unwrap it and let it air out for a bit to take shape. It is so unbelievably comfortable. I only thought I was getting a good night sleep, before. It’s not too soft or too firm. I’m a very hot natured person and the cooling gel memory foam is a game changer! I no longer wake up in a pool of sweat. It’s definitely a hotel quality mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I want to say is that this mattress is really very heavy. It weighs 90 lbs. So if you are not that strong, you might need some extra hands to set this up. I had to wait for my husband to bring this to the second floor in the guest room. It was folded and compressed and secured with a big plastic wrap. Once you remove the plastic wrap the mattress will expand. Per instructions, it will take up to 48 hours to fully expand and we did just like that. Initially, we set it up in iur guestroom. However, I want to try it for myself. So we removed our okd mattress in our bedroom and replace it with this one. We had a 10-inch mattress and this one is a 12-inch. I like that it gives our bed more height. I an so in love with the cool-to-touch quilted cover on the top. It feels very luxurious! Also the cover has zipper and it’s removeable and washable. I must say, we had the most comfortable sleep ever! I didn’t wake up feeling sore. We had a good sleep. My husband liked it too so we decided to use it ourselves instead of putting in the guest room. The only thing I don’t like is the smell which I am hoping should die down after several days. Other than that, I am really pleased with this mattress and I highly recommend.

I have been working from home for the last three weeks so the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress has been my office. I can say that it’s an office I never would like to leave that’s how great it feels. I know that this has been the best sleep that I have had in years no waking up at night or tossing and turning just peaceful sleep. I liked that it was easy for me to move around on my own. You have to wait a few days for the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress to fully expand. I am so in love with this Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress I would recommend it to all of my family and friends.

I have always wanted to try a all foam mattress because I have always heard great things about them. It was very easy to set up. And after you open it up, it automatically sets up itself by deflation. It set up great in the first 42 hours from the first 12 hours. After sleeping on it for a couple nights, I could really tell a big difference compared to my old mattress I was using. I always had back pain but from after the first use of this mattress I woke up pain free. Another thing I love about this mattress is that if you have a person in the bed with you, and they move or roll over, you can not feel it. It stays in place. When you lay on it you body just comfortably just sinks in. I love this mattress and in would consider this to anyone that’s looking for a soft firm mattress and better nights of sleeping.

It's so comfortable and it keeps me cool at night. No more kicking the covers off of me! I am getting a great night's rest. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

My wife and I agree. This is an outstanding mattress, and yes. It does feel like the ones you'll encounter at an above average hotel. On value I give it a 10. On comfort I give it a 10, too. And thanks to my smart watch which monitors the quality of my sleep I can report that on the very first night I used this mattress I spent more time in "deep sleep" than I have for months. On this mattress I experience absolutely no problems with overheating. I'm also able to turn and roll freely. I notice none of that "stuck in a marshmallow" feeling that I've experienced on other beds. We decided to go with Sam's purely because of the quality products in their store. Buying a mattress in a box in scary, but we felt like if anybody was going to have a good one; no a great one at a reasonable price Sam's would. We feel like our decision was spot on and quite honestly couldn't be happier. As a result, I'm taking the time to write this honest review. Just go ahead and get this thing. It's wonderful!
