Every scheduled delivery date is missed. Failed to show up to perform maintenance on water dispenser that was scheduled a month in advance. Customer service is non existent. Prices change without notice.

I'm extremely happy with the Deer Park water. The hot water dispenser allows my wife and me to make our hot tea. I love it. The driver that delivered to my house has been excellent.

Great tasting waster and convenient. Deliveries are always on time, and if we have too much they easily skip and come the next month. Our delivery man sis the best!!!

I was skeptical at first because of the name but my family and i agree this is the best water we’ve had and now we really dont want to have to drink other water. It’s convenient and we really drink more water because of that.

Great tasting water! Refreshing and cool. I couldn't get my hubby and son to drink the cases I was buying regularly. But when they tried this .. OMG! NOW I RUN OUT IN TWO WEEKS!

With all the water issues here and around DC it’s nice to know I have clean good tasting water at all times. The company website makes it easy to change orders or add extra.

Usually excellent service. Would have been 5 stars but the driver walked past the empty bottles twice and left without taking them. I got charged for them of course.

I read some negative reviews and I hesitated for sure but I still decided to use it. What I can say after been using about few months. Love it. Water bottles are always delivered on time and delivery guys will pick up the empty ones. Love it!
