Deer Park is tasty water, however it should be labeled as having added potassium as that can be a problem for some people. It is not exactly pure spring water.

Spring water is delicious, my only qualms are with the lack of customer representatives available to talk and timeliness/accuracy of the service overall. The water quality overrides my complaints about the company/service

Enjoy it to the fullest the only thing I wish was whenever you close to or almost out u can reorder for whatever day u need not the day they want to give you. But other then that it’s good

Ths first bottle tastes like plastic, as if it was in the bottle too long. And, I haven't been able to get an email contact for customer service as we had an issue with delivery as well.

The delivery has always been on time and quality of Deerpark water is very good. Never received the bottle holder. Hope to get one along with the next delivery. :)

With all the water issues here and around DC it’s nice to know I have clean good tasting water at all times. The company website makes it easy to change orders or add extra.

Everything is good but we did not have are empty out before the delivery was mad because they were here before 7 am and we were not up yet to put out the empty

I started with Poland Spring water, because this is what I like and prefer, if I wanted Deer Park I would have selected Deer Park when I sign up with Ready Refresh. There is a difference in the taste.

Water great. Your ability to schedule regular delivery dates is terrible. Cannot remember last time the original delivery date was when we had the delivery.

The water is delivered in nice 5 gallon containers that are recycled and BPA Free. The water has a good taste. This water makes great coffee. I am confident that this water is more healthy than drinking city water or other types of water.
