It’s a win win the only they need to give access to more than just 5gl water like 24pk . My parents on the first floor doesn’t have a machine. I would to buy them 24pk water for their floor but the option is not available

The product is great but the delivery service sucks. They rescheduled my delivery back to back and cancelled it . And to make matters worse , I was billed for it. The company is not reliable
