The water is filled all the way up to the top when you put in the sprout to change the bottle water spills all over the floor just don’t fill it all the way to the top, please

Delivery service did improve over the past two months. It is back to what was expected. My only observation was recently one of the bottles didn't appear full...but it was just a one off but we're back on track.

Poland Spring tastes like the purest water on the market, but every so often, we get a bottle that tastes like mold and dirt. Hence the four stars. Four out of five ain’t bad.

As always poland springs water is the best in my opinion, I've always been such a big fan, because it is a very good taste water and very refreshing

The 5 gallon water bottles on the cooler are awesome for the house! Great to leave cups out for the kids to fill for water or to fill their water bottles up!

When i got my first purchase the water taste ok but after getting the others the water has a funny taste that it turns the family off from drinking it was going to call refresh about the problem

So nice to have a fresh clean drinking water supply delivered to us regularly. I'm currently disabled and having these sent right to my door is wonderful.

Love the convenience and knowing the time the product will be delivered. We are drinking lots more water in the this house because its so easy to access.

We would rather drink and cook with your water. Our tap water has too much chlorine. Never know what else is in tsp water. Poland Spring Water is great!

Prompt delivery! I just wish they could slap a label on them because they are dropped off at my place of work where anyone can grab them if I’m not there. Ready Fresh- is this a thing that can happen?
