Tv quality is of nice quality, however it was supposed to come with a 5 year Allstate warranty plan and nobody has informed me on how to register for that warranty plan.

I've used LG tv's 📺 for sometime now (nano led) but decided to upgrade to the latest tech….. wow 🤩 I am not disappointed!! Previously this would be out of my price point, but as prices gradually gone down ( was on offer on LG website) I decided to dip my toes in. I am utterly amazed by the picture quality, it really was seeing 👀 is believing experience, pictures are out of this world, crisp, sharp and beautiful, the sound was better than I thought even though I did not know where it was coming from!! I definitely highly recommend this tv, you cannot go wrong for your first step to OLED, thank you LG for making this affordable tv 👍🏻

I wanted to love this TV. Probably not worth the money to upgrade if you own a 4k tv already. While the demo pictures are stunning, watching everyday stuff there's nothing special about the picture. It is crisp, but I could have lived with the samsung qled picture and not felt like I was missing anything. The biggest let down of this product is the user interface, it's not friendly or intuitive and just plain frustrating at times. Almost to the point of considering returning it. There are way to many options, and no manual that came with it, it might be on the TV but I don't want to look up at my TV and read a book. Three stars is probably generous, but it is better than two. Samsung hands down has LG on ease of use and friendly UI. The "magic remote" provides no enhanced experience navigating and is more irritating than anything. It's like pointing a jumpy laser pointer at your TV to change the channel while your sailing the Pacific. I may still return it, I'm still trying to love this product. Techies might love it, if you want to fiddle with your TV all day. I want a TV experience that doesn't feel like I'm using my computer. Based on this product I would not buy future models, I'll go back to Samsung unless they screw up the UI as well.

Great TV with a beautiful picture but I have not been able to tie it into my surround sound receiver. My old Samsung used the HDMI cable plugged into the HDMI ARC port to send the sound from the TV to the receiver but this TV will not do that. I have an audio specialist researching how to do this. It seems to be like a step back in technology not to be able to use my surround sound with this TV. Very disappointing right now. Hopefully he can figure it out.

I upgraded from a 2019 55 inch Oled C9 I can confirm that I am blown away by this new 65 inch Oled very impressed. 😊

Excellent TV with vivid colors and deep blacks. I am very pleased with this TV and very glad I upgraded to the OLED.

In contrast to the previous LG TV the new set is a revalation in clarity at all levels of shading. Colours are true to life without being over done.

Great TV at a great price. Delivery was seamless. Lost a star as it doesn't come with the correct screws to wall mount in the packaging.

2023 mode all HDMI ports failed in one year, LG replaced it with 2024 model , fingers crossed. All other features and picture great.!
