UNBOXING AND FIRST IMPRESSIONS The unboxing experience was positive, it comes in an easily removed box/packaging and can be done by one person, although it would be easier with two. Once out the box, my first impression was Wow! The top 2 thirds of the screen are impossibly thin, and even on the lower third, where all the electronics and connections are, it doesn't get that much thicker. Most of the connections are on the left-hand edge, with the power cable coming out on the right. PICTURE QUALITY This was amazing! Being OLED, the blacks are inky black, but what amazed me was how bright it gets. I had heard OLEDs don't get very bright, but I was blown away. While watching a 4k Blu-ray of Star Trek, the ships details were bright and clear, while the surrounding space was ultra dark. After a bit of fiddling, I got the skin tone to be as accurate as looking at someone face-to-face. I had to turn off most of the AI and Auto functions, as they made everything too vivid and over-saturated for my eyes, but once setup, I was so happy. Motion is dealt with very too, with no blurring that I could see, so sports look great. I have heard the screen is really good for PC and console gaming, but I haven't tried that. SOUND This was probably the weakest aspect of the TV. For an LCD/OLED, it was actually impressive at first, but there's not much bass, although the sound is nicely balanced. No amount of fiddling would let it sound anywhere near the quality of my fairly low-end Sony soundbar though, so I won't be using the in-built speakers SMART FEATURES This was another aspect that really impressed me. The WebOS platform is quite mature now and the interface is quick and easy to use, with all the apps I need available. The remote, while fairly plasticky, is a joy to use, with the gyro 'mouse' making navigating to apps much quicker than just scrolling left and right. I have noticed no slow-down with the interface yet. In fact, I will probably be retiring my nVidia Shield and just using the TV from now on, which I was not expecting. All-in-all, this is by far the best TV I have ever used, and I would recommenbd it to anyone.

I recently upgraded to the 77-inch LG C4 OLED TV, and it has been a game-changer for my home entertainment setup. The C4 OLED is also packed with smart features. The WebOS interface is easy to navigate, and I love how quickly I can switch between streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. The remote control's point-and-click functionality adds to the convenience, making it simple to find exactly what I want to watch. For those who have never experienced an OLED TV before, the LG C4 is an excellent introduction. The picture quality is unmatched, the smart features are intuitive, and the overall viewing experience is phenomenal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their home entertainment setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thoroughly enjoyed watching this TV, the picture is clear and sharp but not too 'digital'. Movies are a real treat, with great colour. It's straight forward to set up and the only minor niggle is it can be sluggish to populate the TV guide sections, I have connected it directly to my router to try and speed things up but to no avail. Apart from that minor inconvenience I am delighted with the TV in all other aspects.

Absolute love it and couldn't have a better recommendation for a tv or I should say stunning bit of kit

Picture quality and sound is excellent. The viewing angle is great which was one reason we chose the TV . Only small comment is I thought the manual I downloaded was lacking in some content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brilliant TV. Absolutely sublime display. Great sound too. One issue, and the reason for deducting a star. The first TV delivered direct from LG had a fault. It would reset its self randomly after around 90-120 minutes. Offered a no quibble replacement. Delivered today and the original unit taken back. Perfect.

Hate the Remote control. Hard to control with this remote. Don’t like the rolling ball feature. Dot on screen hard to get where you want. It is hard to find what you want in settings. I had to add a Roku to it to use it properly. Hard to add and keep blue tooth ear phones connected. I use Roku for ear phone connections as well.
