This is my first LG TV I have always had Samsung TV s I like the picture quality the sound 👌 it has LG TV apps and the smart remote is a welcome addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't go back to a standard 4k tv. So much so, we have just bought a 2nd one, the c5 model for downstairs.

Delivery was HORRIBLE. Driver left a high dollar purchase on my front porch without even bothering to ringing my bell, or to allow inspection of the box before accepting delivery. What was the driver thinking? I would not recommend Sam's shipper EVER. TV is great-May need some adjusting of the factory settings to obtain best picture but is definitely watchable as is. I will get to it. Ratings.com has an article about the best settings.

I wanted to love this TV. Probably not worth the money to upgrade if you own a 4k tv already. While the demo pictures are stunning, watching everyday stuff there's nothing special about the picture. It is crisp, but I could have lived with the samsung qled picture and not felt like I was missing anything. The biggest let down of this product is the user interface, it's not friendly or intuitive and just plain frustrating at times. Almost to the point of considering returning it. There are way to many options, and no manual that came with it, it might be on the TV but I don't want to look up at my TV and read a book. Three stars is probably generous, but it is better than two. Samsung hands down has LG on ease of use and friendly UI. The "magic remote" provides no enhanced experience navigating and is more irritating than anything. It's like pointing a jumpy laser pointer at your TV to change the channel while your sailing the Pacific. I may still return it, I'm still trying to love this product. Techies might love it, if you want to fiddle with your TV all day. I want a TV experience that doesn't feel like I'm using my computer. Based on this product I would not buy future models, I'll go back to Samsung unless they screw up the UI as well.

I've used LG tv's 📺 for sometime now (nano led) but decided to upgrade to the latest tech….. wow 🤩 I am not disappointed!! Previously this would be out of my price point, but as prices gradually gone down ( was on offer on LG website) I decided to dip my toes in. I am utterly amazed by the picture quality, it really was seeing 👀 is believing experience, pictures are out of this world, crisp, sharp and beautiful, the sound was better than I thought even though I did not know where it was coming from!! I definitely highly recommend this tv, you cannot go wrong for your first step to OLED, thank you LG for making this affordable tv 👍🏻

What a beatiiful picture, by far a better and cheaper TV than samsung oled tvs. I will never buy a samsung tv again.

Color and clarity is top shelf and the brightness is much improved compared to the 2023 version. Absolutely awesome tv

This is a fantastic OLED TV. The quality of the panel is sublime. Out of the box the unit I felt did need configuring to get the setup right. There are videos on line to get the setup right. Built in speakers are good however a soundbar really does lift the bar.
