The colours are vibrant, the standard sound is well balanced and the features / web os are easy to navigate

Awesome quite easy to set up the wheel can be a little tricky but will get used to it. The only thing that is annoying is if I'm watching cable the tv says it will switch off, I thought I'd solved it by going into settings but obviously not yet the picture quality is quite spectacular as is the sound

Impressive TV, though it took over a week to hone/tweek it to get the superb picture that it is capable of producing. Slightly confusing settings menus. Perhaps a basic quick start/out of the box might help, the sort that Apple iPhones seem to have.

Best picture I have ever had, really surprised when I tried the old 50in, non-oled in the bedroom how poor that was in comparison (I used to think that was ok!). Great range of connectivity. Sound from the TV speakers not reflective of the quality of the pic but who doesn't use a sound bar these days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality LED screen. It may be a 2025 model but gives excellent picture quality with an almost 180° viewing angle. Easy to follow set up instructions and comes with Freeview play, which I found useful as i don't have terrestrial antenna.

Very pleased with this tv, so much you can do to personalise it. Great sound,great picture,48 inch just right for the room we have it in. Just one thing thats confusing me i can't seem to watch a program and record another at same time and I'm not sure how many program's i would be able to record at a time.

Once the delivery guys found us, for 'plug & play', this basically meant putting the stand on and plugging it into the wall. I struggled to set it up as there are so many options. I checked various youtube videos and called LG as I was totally confused. 2 weeks on and we are happy as the telly is exceptional.

I am pleased with the clear definition and the ability to change the picture, sound and hearing. It is easy to navigate to the apps etc. The TV was a 42" to replace my 32" and I am glad I made the decision to change to a slightly larger model for my small apartment.

This LG television has outstanding picture quality and sound output that can be hooked up to surround sound speakers. However, I found the remote control (s) confusing to use especially when trying to select a source i.e. TV Box Pro for instance. I am elderly and I bought this set because it has a Bluetooth facility which I wanted to hook up to my hearing aids but it would not detect them nor my Bluetooth headphones.
