[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm over 60 and this product is simple enough for me to navigate. I will say that it's the best Visio that I've had in the 10 years that I've been using only Vizio TVs in my homes.

Just a few days and so far I like it very much. Nice image and fast. Loaded with free channels. Was a little bit hard to set up (had to unplugged to reset it because became unresponsive). Overall a good buy.

I owned this TV for 3 months! I bought it brand new and after 3 months the picture went out. Was then sent another and it was not even new. It was a refurbished TV and it occasionally still has problems. I definitely would not recommend.
