Crisp, clear picture. Easy to navigate

I've owned a Vizio brand tv before and loved the quality so when I needed to replace my old tv, Vizio was the only brand I considered. My son and daughter also own a Vizio. They both love their tv. High quality for the money you pay.

Not happy

I'm not happy and am considering returning this TV. It didn't come preloaded with STARZ which I already have a subscription. In addition In addition it cannot be downloaded and why would I have thought to ask about preloaded apps.
