Good while it lasted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a year and a half ago, it was pretty good while it lasted and did its job. A month ago it started getting horizontal lines and flickering making the picture freeze. I did everything that they suggest to remedy the problem and it still has the issue. I spoke to someone through vizio and they just asked me to do everything I had already tried. They then told me it would possibly be more expensive to fix the tv and I needed to purchase a new one. A warranty was out of the question because vizio only backs their product for 1 year!! Only 1 year!?!? Yeah, I'll happily go elsewhere for a new TV and wouldn't recommend this hunk of junk to my worst enemy.

Great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our new Movie room and totally love the clearness and brightness of the picture quality. The Home Screen has so many apps and free content we have fallen in love with it. I wish we had purchased the sound bar to accompany the TV for perfect Movie room experience and inhance the whole experience. Thank you for your hard work in developing this wonderful TV.

It's Amazing

Horrible Support, don't hold to warranty rules

Absolutely worst service provider for TVs ever. We had multiple issues with multiple different areas of the TV and technical support wouldn't do anything about it. And it wasn't a long time after we had issues probably once a month since we bought it!

Incredible Picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our outdoor TV that was taken out by a falling tree. We have owned several Vizio products over the years, and you can count on them to be durable and high quality. We had one that went through a fire in a business and was rained on by the sprinkler system, and still worked great. Based on that we figured it would work well on our covered patio. We weren't expecting much for outside, but were really surprised at how bright and clear the picture is. Even though it's covered we still get sunlight as the sun goes down, and the picture is fantastic, and bright enough to be seen from 30+ feet away in the sun. Highly recommend this TV, sound quality is good and the volume goes loud enough to hear it wherever we are. We will likely be adding a Vizio soundbar to it, so we can move the sound closer to the pool on game days. Thoroughly impressed and highly recommend!

Fantastic Picture Quality, High End Specs

Specifications and compatibility, (Dolby Vision, HDR, VRR, Bluetooth, voice remote. This is my second vizio tv, the first one bought so long ago, it is still working. This V-series class tv is a perfect addition to your home theater, However, With a Vizio soundbar connected, The sound does goes in and out. But overall 4!

Upgrade from our 40" TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old TV started to act up, found that if we did a power off reset it would come back on. I was checking the cable behind set when our cat knocked over some flowers with water onto the set. Set went black and would not respond. Got new 43" replacement and love the crisp picture plus all the extra programs we get now.

Don't waste your time and money

We've loved the VIZIO TVs we've purchased (and still have) and that's why I purchased another. Plugged the new one in and the picture was grainy, the sound wasn't good quality and after a few minutes the talk button stopped working. It went back into the box for my husband to return it. Very disappointed VIZIO!

Chromecast does not work correctly

Since the latest firmware update, chromecast does not work with several channels on Soectrum. Some channels work, but many hon on and off every second making those channels unwatchable. I tried switching to Direct tv streaming with the same results. I even purchased a new router thinking that was the cause but still same result. Chromecast worked well before the last firmware update, but has not worked correctly since the. I have an older Vizio tv that did not get the update and Chromecast works perfectly on that tv. Wish I could revert back to previous firmware version on the new Vizio tvs.
