Vizio 58" TV, Good TV until it wasn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for about 15 months. I enjoyed it until I recently noticed about a 2 in stripe along the bottom of the picture that should not be there. In addition, there are 3-4 thin lines in the middle section of the screen on the right side. These imperfections ruin the enjoyment of watching shows and games. Since it is just outside the 1 year warranty period, the fix will be more costly than a new TV. Other than that, the TV is good.

Easy to use remote!!!!!

Im loving this vizio tv. I replaced an old vizio with this one and its so much lighter weight, crystal clear picture and lets talk about the remote...i cant say enough how easy the remote is to use. Not 100 buttons on it trying to figure out which one to push...simple easy to use without even looking. Definately recommend vizio!!!!!

New Home New VIZIO Again

I bought a VIZIO for my home in IL a few years back and have been very satisfied with it to this day. When I decided this year to snowbird in FL, I was in the market for a new TV and unhesitatingly bought a VIZIO. And I am more than happy with this VIZIO too. Great features, excellent picture and a better price than most. I am an extremely satisfied VIZIO customer. Thank you!

Good value television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this tv for awhile. Picture quality is good on most streaming apps. I have only had an issue with the tv not wanting to turn on a few times and needing to be unplugged, but the experience has been a good one other than that.

Great for a Great Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV doesnt get extermely dark, or bright. But its honestly not the most noticeable thing in the world. The 4k looks great, the hdr and Dolby vision look good. The speakers are actually better than people say they are. Smartcast and Vizios smart tv menu is awesome, and has a lot of great apps. (Hope ESPN is added soon). Overall this isn't as great as as more expensive TVs. But for 270 price I got it at, this TV was all I asked for. If are you needing to upgrade from a 1080p pannel what don't wanna drop 500-700 on a tv this or the M-series are easily the best options.

Sound

The picture was great, good sounding speakers, and nice features. However, the sound kept dropping out on my antenna channels. I would have to restart the tv every time in order to get them to work, which happened a couple times per day. In the in end I returned the tv, it was too much of a hassle.

Never again

I bought a Vizio 13 years ago and it's still going strong. So I thought, hey! Why not another one. So I upgraded to the 65”. One week in and it developed a green line running down the screen. Sams club was great. We did a straight up exchange. The second one lasted 4 months. And the bottom 2 thirds looked like they were smeared across the screen. I'm done with that crap!!!

Very nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 yo broke our tv that was less than a year old so we went shopping. Found this Vizio with better picture quality than all others in the same price range so we bought it. It's a great tv with great picture and the features are awesome.

Does not Work with Firestick

I have numerous VIZIO TV's around the house biut the V505-J09 50" SmartTv is junk.The TV is fine but consistantly turns off and back on when using a Firestick on any of the HDMI ports. There are numerous complaints on the internet. It is a constant problem and I have been through all the "Try This" scenerios I could find on the internet including firmware updates and Factory Resets without any success. I have firesticks on all my other VIZIO TVs that work fine but this TV is BAD.
