Don't waste your time and money

We've loved the VIZIO TVs we've purchased (and still have) and that's why I purchased another. Plugged the new one in and the picture was grainy, the sound wasn't good quality and after a few minutes the talk button stopped working. It went back into the box for my husband to return it. Very disappointed VIZIO!

My 5th Vizio TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a 65 inch Vizio TV. Love the ease of setting it up, synching my Xfinity cable with the tv as well. The sounds are great. This is my 5th Vizio tv that i have bought within the past 2 years and i am very satisfied.

Ease of setup

I only had to call once while setting up the first time. My problems were resolved quickly and I was not put on hold for any long period of time. I'm old, so the patience of person helping was greatly appreciated. Still trying to find things using the remote control. Old control had more features.

Great Picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Vizio V-series for almost a year & haven't had any sort of issue with it at all, my only complaint is my old TV which was a Samsung which had a internet browser & Vizio doesn't offer a browser that's pre-downloaded or one you can just download if it's something you would actually use & it's something I used daily beofre, I had no idea that Vizio didn't have this option. I also think it would be nice to delete some of the apps & only download the apps your gonna actually be using cause I actually only use 2 plus the free TV option which is a nice plus to have, they do offer a ton of different channels which most are really good channels that most everyone watches on a normal day to day basis. Only thing that would make my Vizio a 10+ would be a internet browser so I hope they start offering one that I'm able to use on my TV it definitely would make me a lifetime Vizio customer!!

Limited apps

This TV has pre-set apps. That's all you can use. There are no options to download other apps I.E ESPN, Spectrum, etc….. so if your in my shoes your only option to watch sports or local channels would be to buy new subscriptions. BS move VIZIO! BS move. Picture quality is good.

Hello Oscar-1607, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. I love my device

The colors are vibrant and being able to connect my headphones to listen to my shows while my fiance sleeps so not o disturb her has been great.

A great TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for over a year. We went to streaming because our city got out of providing tv service, we live in a very rural area. It took some time learning the system but we actually have a better viewing selection now. The Visio home page works great and all the controls work very well. I can only imagine what the new models can do.

Not sure if it's cause Im used to Roku but I don't like this tv. I can't find new apps that aren't already loaded. I'm not able to even stream with my carrier. I'm sending this back if I can and look for something that has real apps and not these off the wall apps preloaded. If you're used to having Spectrum just know you can't add that app. Just not happy with this product. Well I just found out that I can't return it so I guess I'll find someone who wants a piece of junk tv. See the apps before you buy and not get stuck with this tv.

Works 75% of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As long I use just the TV or it's apps, it works. If I try to use a connected DVD player, the screen goes black and totally locks up to the point I have to unplug the TV to get it to turn off. Apparently I'm not the only one that has problems with external devices making this TV version malfunction. 🤷🏻‍♀️

All around great choice
