Every time you do an update it freezes the TV up, I've owned this TV for 2 yrs now and have had to reset it 4 times and Vizio support is useless. We use it for mostly OTA channels that now barely get any. Totally useless as a family TV unless you rely on internet or something besides OTA channels

All my streaming services are already loaded on the home screen. I feel like I'm sitting in the movie theater. I would definitely recommend this television to everyone.

I got this a little over a week ago for my birthday I've always enjoyed Vizio products but I'm not real thrilled about this television I've had to factory reset it three times to get it to work with the Visio sound bar I bought for it you think they would go hand-in-hand with no thought but careful how you touch any settings you may end up in the same situation. When the screen is gray or black it's kind of an uneven cloudiness across the display not super happy about my first ultra high DEF

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I purchased this tv when my old Vizio went out after some years. Now the picture quality is great has lots of apps but no showtime or britbox. Now the sound is basic it is not good . When trying to hear anything you have to turn it to at least 20 just to hear. If its on anything below that good luck. I follwed all the directions on fixing this issues but I was quickly over it. Overall I like Vizio brand just dont like this model

I was NOT happy this week when the TV would not come on until I did a complete reset as if it were a newly purchased set and had to spend time logging in on all the apps again. I do wish you would have RighNow media as an available app.

I purchased one of the LCD LED TVs with apps when they first came out and it is still working, the apps are just not supported anymore. So when I got this one set up I was very pleased with how much faster it operates. I really like Vizio and I am very happy with my purchase.

I can remember when I actually purchased her Tv for her, it's been under a year. At first she couldn't stand it. Every time she want to change something she would call me from her cell because I was ether in the comic room taken inventory or in the Gun Room Reloading. Finally after a couple of months she can finally navigate where she needs to go. I liked it because of the picture. I thought the picture looks better than my LG Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fire TV Omni OLED fell off the wall and cracked. Replacement is back ordered 6 months. Grabbed this as a replacement. The picture is decent, but the built in sound is lacking. Does need a soundbar or other external speakers.
