Horrifically buggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a year ago or so after having 2 previous Vizio models. This is by far the worst. The first one was great— last years, no issues at all. This one is horribly glitchy. It will randomly shut off, not turn on, the volume gets stuck and will continue to increase or decrease without pressing the button. We've had a number of times that we've had to unplug it and the issue is resolved, but returns again sometime later. Since the recent reset, the issues have started up with regularity again. Extremely disappointed.

The picture is good, the sound & remote, not so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this approximately one month ago. I finally figured out why it kept turning itself off , so I thought i fixed that problem. The sound is all over the map volume-wise and is tinny. Additionally, I have changed the batteries in the remote once every other day since I bought this because the TV shuts off and the remote won't work.. Many times brand new batteries won't work. I don't know if the remote is defective or if it's the whole system. I'm not very happy with the whole situation.

Lots program options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won this tv at a trade show. Waited to finish remodeling my living room to put it up on the wall. At first I had trouble setting it up to the point that I had to contact chat support to help with the set up. I have to say that support was great and had the tv up and running after a factory reset. Once running and hooked up to WiFi the tv is great, nice picture and lots of programs to choose from. I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome purchase with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a lot of TV's from every major company. This one, by far has been the simplest to set up and operate right out of the box. I love that the sound is set correctly with the number corresponding. Another added bonus, remote is basic. If I need to adjust anything, I just go to settings. You cannot ask for a better style, picture clarity, sound or price than this TV. Highly recommend!!!!

Great picture for the money

Excellent Sound Quality

Great TV

We have 3 Vizio televisions in the home now. Both of the bedrooms have the 43" televisions and the sound quality is great without needing a soundbar. During the winter with everything closed I only need the volume between 18-22. During the summer with everything open and fans on I have the volume between 24-30 (depending on the show & quality of the show). We did recently purchase a 65" Vizio for the family room but there was a problem with it, we had the volume up to 94 and it was adequate. I exchanged it within a week and the new one works fine!! It's summer and have 2 fans in the family room and had the volume at 30 and it was great! On all 3 of the units the color quality is good, especially for the great pricing.

Long lasting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Vizio. It's high tech and lasts a LONG time! I've had my 45 inch Vizio since I was 17 I am now 34 and it still works perfectly! We just bought a 65 inch TV because our Hisense TV screen went out...(We had it for 2 ALMOST 3 years...) I feel better getting a Vizio cause I know it will last. Also, the picture on the new Vizio are amazing!

Great picture! 4 months old picture is going out

I purchase my TV 4 months ago in March of 2022. My picture is already starting to go out. Vizio is accepting a warranty claim but they are sending me a not new TV. I can't remember the phrase that they use to describe the TV but I just know it's not brand new like the one I bought. I'm glad they're honoring the warranty. I'm just don't like that I'm not getting the same product I paid for. This will more than likely be my last Vizio

Love the layout of the App screen

I love the layout of the app screen and the myriad of channel choices there. The television also works quite well with my surround sound device. The only qualm I have is that if the power goes out, I have to manually reconnect to my internet rather than it automatically doing so as with past TVs. That may be a provider issue that I have not identified as of yet.
