Great customer service support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My newly bought Vizio smart cast tv had some issues in the first few months of my purchase. I called customer support and they sent a technician out to install new hardware within days. This didn't fix the problem however and Vizio decided that they would replace it with a refurbished one. I explained that I within my warranty timeframe when the issue first happened. They did they're research and agreed to send me a brand new television. It was delivered and installed. The new one is working great at this time. I would recommend Vizio products to all my friends and family.

Very impressive features and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one after my first one had a ceiling beam fall on it. I liked the first one, which was about 4 years old, so much that I bought the same model. The newer model is just that much better.

Bad luck brought good luck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous tv( not a VIZIO) died at just under 3 years old. I was upset at the fact it didn't last and was beyond economic repair. We went and bought this 65 inch VIZIO, every last detail from color, streaming , sound quality, ease of use and so on is leaps and bounds above what we had.

Worked great but didn't last a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess that's a good thing for me the warranty was for one year, it was working perfect sound/picture but 9 months in and I got weird vertical lines across the screen with no actual picture. Called it in and they couldn't fix it so a refund is in process now. I'm not sure if I'll buy Vizio again.

Brand New But Glitching on Me Already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new TV a few weeks ago & am already experiencing countless issues. -I've already had to replace the remote (it just stopped working on me randomly - fresh batteries, never dropped, just stopped working out of the blue) -The mobile app remote doesn't always work either. It will say that it is correctly paired but nothing happens when I click any buttons. This was extremely frustrating since I don't have a working remote. -I have to agree to terms and sign in to my Vizio account almost every time I turn my TV on -AirPlay & sharescreen do not work consistently (wifi connectivity isn't the issue) -TV doesn't turn off sometimes even when I press the Power button directly on the TV I've always had vizio TV's & never had a problem so I was really taken aback to be experiencing all of this. Unfortunately I threw away the box when I put my TV up so I can't even return it. My familiarity with the brand is the only reason I'm giving two stars, I'd leave none if possible, if rating this experience alone.

Great Job, I love the TV.

Various issues

We have had various issues with our TV since we got it. Currently, the issue is that every time we turn it on it asks us to approve all these policies etc like it is a brand new tv. At times we cannot get to the home screen at all. Very frustrating!

Good overall picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good television with easy setup and a host of useful features for the price point. It claims 4K support however the display is debatable. On the positive side, three hdmi ports and usb ports are easily accessible. Good sound, vibrant picture up to 1080 quality for sure.

reboot everyday

I bought this Vizio thinking it was better than what I had. Name Brand vs Generic. I had to reboot the system in the TV 5 times on the first day, 3 times the second, currently having to reboot every time I switch to another input from Xbox. It is more hassle than the money

I love This TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a high quality television and found it in the Viizio V series. Great picture, and sound quality. Love the HDR feature. I kinda wish it had an extra HDMI output but other then that it would of got 5 stars. The menue is easy to menuver and my game system looks awsome on this set. The price was right for this quality of a smart TV. Thank you VIZIO
