Not only excellent product also excellent service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought over the last several years probably 10+ Vizio TV, ever since I bought my first vone I alwasy purchased Vizio. I never had any issues until very recently i was however very impressed with the support and the effectivness with which the problem got resolved.

Wonderful picture and sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this TV a couple weeks back to get better sound with Bose surround sound system and I love it. The picture has great color and clarity. The voice command understands me well and finds what I'm looking for quickly. Great purchase for sure.

Best Tv for the price.

No longer need my Roku, Chromecast, or other streaming devices since this 4K TV has everything. It's got a beautiful bright screen with brilliant color. Very easy to set up. Software updates itself so the tv is always up to date. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier.

Black screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No not happy don't dare turn tv off, will not see anything till a factory reset is done with buttons on back, same with a update says TV will shutdown then back on,no it won't turn back on, like tv except for black screen.

No support

Purchase 50" TV approx 7mths ago. Worked great for 6 mths, then Smartcast stopped working, now won't stay powered on. If I get it turned on, after resetting, have trouble with remote and still don't have Smartcast, and have problem turning off, then won't power on. Notified Cust SVC/support 2X. No response

A Winning Setup

Giving a big thumbs up to the Vizio 55" V-Series 4K HDR Smart TV. Model V55-J01. All the good things already accounted for by others. Although the audio from the speakers was certainly fine, I teamed the tv up with the Vizio V21x-J8 2.1 Sound Bar for even more viewing and listening enjoyment. Thanks to good reviews for that product also. Very pleased with both components. Thanks Vizio!

Terrible TV

We bought the 65 inch Vizio TV. Our first major purchase in a while. The TV won't stop turning off and on by itself. We have tried everything to fix it. Finally, it's getting returned. Worst purchase ever. We will never buy another Vizio product again.

Nothing but the BEST

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I refuse to buy any other brand but Vizio, I have a total of five. Living room 3 bedrooms and basement. The quality is perfect I had 2 Vizio tv since 2014, 2 since 2020 and just ordered another a week ago and never had any problems with any of them they all work. Where some tvs break down or stop working in two years. You can't go worth with a Vizio!

Great picture quality, some software issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for a couple of months, and it has a good 4k display. Integration with Amazon Alexa is convenient. However there are some software issues that I do not like. Menus will occasionally freeze and need to be restarted. Also, the homepage cannot be customized, which means if they want to advertise a show called The Sex Lives of College Girls, or Sausage Party, then your entire family is going to see those ads.

Defective ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my tv for not even a year and one afternoon a red line just appeared all the way down my tv . It was still under warranty so it was replaced but being I've had nothing but issue with this tv since I got it I should have known something was going to happen . The tv would randomly lose sound and even color while I would be watching . Also the sound is low and just to hear anything it has to be on 40 .
