Good value

I've only had this TV for less than two weeks. My old LED set died suddenly and this one seemed like a good value for the money. The smart TV setup was quick and easy and all the necessary apps are present: YouTubeTV, Netflix, Prime, HBOMax. Early on it seemed like the speakers were a little "static-y" so I found a Vizio soundbar online. The soundbar is connected to the TV via optical cable, which prevents the set from detecting the soundbar is connected like HDMI would, so you manually have to turn off the TV speakers unless you want an echo effect. Higher end soundbars apparently have an HDMI port which gives more control from the TV. Anyway, the picture looks great. I have had two instances where the screen inexplicably went black and I had to hit the Home button to restore it. Also, last night the sound stopped playing completely, either via the TV speakers or soundbar. I eventually unplugged the TV and plugged it back in after a minute, and the issue was fixed.

Great image and smart features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this television about three months ago and I love it... It synced seamlessly with my Google home and alexa devices. I really love that I can even control it from my phone when I lose the remote. So in actuality if I want to control my device, I have multiple avenues to choose from. I love that ability! My old dinosaur televisions did not have this level of intuitive features.

Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit of a difference since it's my first smart tv but the adjustment has been very smooth. Vizio's included apps have made my Roku something of a spare tire (not necessary but still glad it's there). Brilliant colors and nice sound.

A Great Television with awesome features

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for an older TV. Setup was very easy, and the channel options are easy to find with the remote. During the setup process it asked if I wanted to pay more for a higher definition picture, which I opted not to. I assumed the regular picture would be fine, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped. Fortunately I was able to go into the tv settings and adjust some of the picture sharpness and color options, which improved the picture quality.

Picture great and user friendly

I love it however the audio and video aren't synced. There's a setting where you can attempt to sync them better but it doesn't work. Have to reboot the TV every other show/streaming service I switch between almost. Very annoying, apparently it is an update issue but i dont understand why that is a problem considering WiFi is connected always. Oh well, still love the quality of the picture and when sound is synced it's great!

Disappointed!

I have had two Vizio TV's and both have had problems. The first one was a Christmas gift that had to be returned because it wouldn't reset to factory settings. And the second one purchased a week ago has firmware issues discovered last evening while working with a customer service reprehensive.

I genuinely love the quality of this TV

Love my Vizio, love the app!

Fantastic picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this is fantastic! The watchfree is so nice to have, so many free channels to watch, no need for cable. Did have a set up issue where the set up menu kept looping back, 4 times, was getting frustrated but the customer support is fantastic! Very pleased.
