Nice big Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Big Picture but not as good as we hoped. We thought there would be better definition and images that jump out like live TV. Sound could be a little better so I will still need to connect a sound bar.

New Vizio v series tv. Awful hard to work it. Ret

Bought 3 days ago. Can't go to local channels with out switching input settings. NO numbers on small remote. Weird. Never had a TV remote with no #s on it. Very hard to work. Has no rewind, fast forward on remote. Etc. Who knows maybe they missed boxing another remote with it. But didn't say so in user manual. Do not like it at all. Good luck.

If you use over the air antenna, you can press the OK key in the center of your remote to bring up an on-screen keyboard containing the numbers to be typed in for specific channels. While the VIZIO remote does not have a dedicated pause button, most of the app developers have designed their apps to be able to pause, fast forward, and rewind content by pressing the OK button in the center of the VIZIO remote. The VIZIO TV does not have a built in DVR, so using those controls when watching channels through an antenna will not be possible. Unbelievable great picture and great features.

Magnificent value

We hadn't bought a TV since 2014, so this upgrade has been immense for us. We love the apps, the picture is great, we do not need to use a sound bar or anything like that. For such a large and crisp and option-filled TV, I can't imagine anyone is offering a better deal.

Can't download additional apps

Not happy at all with this purchase. You are unable to install any additional apps to it. So whatever comes on the tv, that is what you're stuck with. We have Spectrum tv and this tv doesn't have an option to download this app for us to watch it. The tv is going back. Picture and sound is good but not being able to download apps killed it for us.

Bad quality Extremely disappointed

Bought a 65 inch Vizio moved it from my living room to my bedroom, mounted it on the wall TV is less than a year old plugged it up mounting it to the wall in the bedroom lines all over the screen busted will not work and it was handled with Care. No call for the screen to be busted, very dissatisfied. Will go back with Samsung or LG never buying Vizio again.

Excellent for my purposes

This Smart TV is great. As a person who cannot justify the expense of cable TV or Satellite, this TV is great. It connects to my WiFi (after password), then I can choose one of the dozens of streaming apps already built into the TV. Everything from YouTube to PBS kids for my daughter. For myself; I use my PC; HDMI to TV for an intense gaming experience.

Great picture!

Amazing picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with this product and the quality of it's picture. Rich color and clarity. The only complaint is that sometimes the apps with update during viewing and crash the app in the middle of a show or movie.

Amazing TV

I got this at the begining of the month to replace my Hisense 50" that died after a year. No one from support would get back to me. The picture quality and user experience is a lot better. I've had Vizios in the past, should have just picked this up soomer rather then the other brand.
