I'm a big Vizio fan. I never had any problems with my Vizio TVs. I'm really excited about this 65 in 4k it's the biggest tv I've ever owned and was on sale for an excellent price!!!! Vizio never disappoints me!! If my niece didn't break my old tv I would of never ran into this big one on sale lol I'm very happy and pleased with this purchase

The one I bought today was packaged well not damages at all but when we hooked it up the sound was not working. We even went and purchased a new hdmi cable hoping not to return it but it still did not work.

This is a great TV. It's plenty big enough for my living room. The picture is amazing quality. It works flawlessly with the internet and other wireless systems such as Xbox, screencasting, etc. I don't love the remote because the volume button is on the side and it feels a little inaccessible at times. We accidentally mute the TV a lot, and it seems always at a crucial time. Otherwise, we've had the TV for about 5 months and never had an issue other than every once in a while if we've been watching the same show for a long period of time it will randomly go back to the Vizio home screen. Not sure why. I have two vizio TVs and they both do this. Not often though.

This is my 3rd Vizio tv and this is the first that it's not connecting to wifi. Did all the trouble shooting n still no luck. I have tried for an hour and decided to give up. So dissapointed!!!! I never had issue with my other tv and my excitement of upgrading just flush to the toilet!!! I'm returning this tv and will change it with another brand .bery upset and disappointing . Now a big hassle returning it to the store. I order online so I don't need to load in my car now this!!!!

Installation with an existing wall mount went well. Setup with our wifi was easy. The picture is fabulous and sharp. This replaces a TV with a fire stick and I have to say that because we had multiple dire sticks it was more labor intensive to set up all the apps than just setting them up on a fire stick so there's going to be a little curve for getting used to it but overall I think it's a nice TV for the price.

Unfortunately, I returned this TV after only having it for less than 2 days. The color on the TV was HORRIBLE. White people were all orange and black people were all red. I tried changing the settings for 3 hours and I couldn't fix the coloring without compromising other qualities. I hope this TV was a lemon, but I didn't give it a second chance. It's not easy to buy and transport and return but TVs. I returned it and went right to BeatBuy and bought a Samsung.

I previously had an onn branded tv that started to develop horizontal lines on the screen so I decided it was time to upgrade. So far this Vizio tv is amazing! The speakers sound great and the colors really pop! I never realized how grey and washed out the colors on my old tv was until I got this one! It also looks and sounds even better when I hooked up my Ps5! As of right now the only thing I don't care much for is the ads on the home screen and the remote really needs a dedicated play and pause button. Otherwise im currently very happy with my purchase

The back of my tv had a dent in it and the box was broken so they shipped the TV upside down. The TV it's self other then the dent in the back has a nice picture and is a good deal for the price. I should have returned the TV but i already took it out of the box and didn't want to go through the hassle of a return.

This is my second VIZIO TV I have one in the bedroom for me, and the 55"TV in the living room just dyed, so I surprised my hubby with a 65"VIZIO like mine for Father's day. He loves it not only does it have great color the picture is so sharp he couldn't wait to watch his sports. He's happier with the bigger screen.

What I CAN say is that I have purchased Visio TV's for the last 20 years and have been satisfied with all of them except for the last one. My first TV lasted over 15 years, but this last one only lasted 2, which is the reason for the new one I just purchased.
