The one I bought today was packaged well not damages at all but when we hooked it up the sound was not working. We even went and purchased a new hdmi cable hoping not to return it but it still did not work.

I previously had an onn branded tv that started to develop horizontal lines on the screen so I decided it was time to upgrade. So far this Vizio tv is amazing! The speakers sound great and the colors really pop! I never realized how grey and washed out the colors on my old tv was until I got this one! It also looks and sounds even better when I hooked up my Ps5! As of right now the only thing I don't care much for is the ads on the home screen and the remote really needs a dedicated play and pause button. Otherwise im currently very happy with my purchase

I bought this as a Christmas present for my nephew's family. We picked it up at the store and he had it up and running in no time! They have 3 boys under 12 and it has brought the family out from their individual rooms playing video games to be together in the living room and talking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this tv for a higher price elsewhere last year as a gift for my sister. She loves it, so when it came time to buy a tv for our living room, we looked and found a better price from Walmart.

I have had this tv for almost 1 Month and absolutely love it. The color is vibrant and the apps are easily accessible, I haven't had to use much of the voice activation or rather haven't learned to have more use of it. I have had two tvs by Vizio and enjoy this brand more than my Samsung tv. The Vizio tvs dont have a reflection when lights hit the screen so this is what I like the most. I'm highly impressed with the Vizio TVs and recommend this brand. This is a true review from an unpaid customer. Just sharing my own experience.

I have had the television for a little over a month. My initial thoughts are the value you get at this price point is difficult to beat. I was able to purchase this TV on sale for $375. Being able to purchase a 65" television from a well known manufacturer with a strong history in making quality electronics for a long time, is unheard of. If you set proper expectations with what the television is going to offer then you will be very happy with this purchase. This TV is not going to have the dynamic crystal clear pictures, it will not have a lot of custimation settings, and backlighting issues can be noticeable at times. You will get a very big screen that is very sleek with very good picture quality (not amazing but ok). The interactive voice controls are a nice addition to the televison and it is a smart TV so the availability of all the apps and free streaming services is another nice perk. The home screen and layout design is pretty clunky in my opinion but it's fine for what it is. Overall I have been very pleased with this television and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a low cost but large screen TV.

This is my 3rd Vizio tv and this is the first that it's not connecting to wifi. Did all the trouble shooting n still no luck. I have tried for an hour and decided to give up. So dissapointed!!!! I never had issue with my other tv and my excitement of upgrading just flush to the toilet!!! I'm returning this tv and will change it with another brand .bery upset and disappointing . Now a big hassle returning it to the store. I order online so I don't need to load in my car now this!!!!

Installation with an existing wall mount went well. Setup with our wifi was easy. The picture is fabulous and sharp. This replaces a TV with a fire stick and I have to say that because we had multiple dire sticks it was more labor intensive to set up all the apps than just setting them up on a fire stick so there's going to be a little curve for getting used to it but overall I think it's a nice TV for the price.

What was never disclose was that Vizio chose to take away the rights of buyers to add their favorite apps. They made the choice for us and you can't add any apps you like. This is the single most horrible experience with buying this television. If I'd know before I would NOT have bought the TV.

I bought two 65 inch Vizio Smart TV's during Black Friday. One for myself and one for my daughter and her daughters. As usual they meet ALL Expectations (so far). I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy one for their family home or for a gift that should last you for years with no problems.
