Hard to describe but it has no slide to it like a lotion pr soap does. It just seems to disappear on your skin without feeling like it got the job done. I so much prefer the original Cetaphil cleansing cream but I can't find it anymore

Best face wash for me! It takes off all makeup and mascara. It doesn’t burn eyes or leave any goop or buildup in eyes either. Leaves my face feeling soft and moisturized.

Same as other people have said. Pump gets stuck and you can’t pump out with one hand. You have face wash in one hand then I’m using my teeth to try and pull the stuck pump out! Super annoying! I will NEVER buy this again!

This is my second purchase of this cleanser. I like that my completion is smoothing out and seems much better. Try this and you will see an improvement.

This product is not what I thought. It is foamy, but not creamy. It has a lot of air in it and it takes 3 - 4 pumps to get enough. Doesn't leave my face feeling soft either. It did clean my face and rinse off well.

I have used this for years, but recently I’ve been having problems with it. I had switched to a different face cleaner for about a month, then tried this again. After 4 days of using it, today it caused my face to itch, and my skin became blotchy

Great product, but Sam's has an issue with delivering this item as a 3pk. First order recieved was just a single bottle, and the replacement order was again a single bottle. Sam's need to work this issue out with their supplier.

I love this cleaner. It truly does foam when you pump it into your hands. Other brands claim to be foaming but are nothing more than a little bit of suds. It cleanses without stripping my skin and it feels soft afterwards.

Doesn't clean as well as the other gentle cleanser does, my skin is still left dirty even after scrubbing (as evidenced with witch hazel afterwards) but my skin does feel soft after using.
