Caused a breakout and burning in less than a day. Normally use Cetaphil's Gentle Skin Cleanser and Daily Facial Cleanser (one or the other or a mixture), and when the gentle cleanser ran out I decided to try the foaming version, without realizing how different the ingredients are. Very bad choice for my skin!

The product is ok but the failure of the pump will keep me from ever buying it again . I like the foam type cleansers and I thought maybe my last bottle was just faulty but the second nitrile did the same. The pump sticks and you can’t get the product out easily. It’s a pain and poor design

This is a very gentle cleanser and will not break your skin out. Cetaphil cleansers are super good for sensitive skin and have never given me any irritation. I use this one specifically because of the foaming and how easily it cleans everything off your face.

This face wash is gentle and foams well. I took one star off because I have other cleansers that leave my skin feeling cleaner. I feel more comfortable doing two washes with this face wash. I appreciate that this face wash is accessible to me and my location. The packaging seems secure. I just wish this did a better job cleaning my face especially as a makeup wearer.

I'm naturally an oily girly. So I use this face wash for the mornings only. It refreshes my face after a long night and it does not dry my skin out, which is always a plus. I love that it foams, but it is odorless. It's perfect for normal or sensitive skin. My only grip is that it is difficult sometimes to use the pump because the pump gets stuck. Not a major flaw, but if the pump is broken, then obviously the product can't be used.

This is nice cleanser. I like the texture. I just switched to it for winter months and it doesn't dry out my skin. It is effective in removing makeup as well.

I have used this for years, but recently I’ve been having problems with it. I had switched to a different face cleaner for about a month, then tried this again. After 4 days of using it, today it caused my face to itch, and my skin became blotchy

I use this everyday. It helps keep my skin clear and even helped with my redness. It has no smell and is mild enough for my kids(ages 9,11) to use too.

This wash was recommended by my dermatologist for my sensitive skin and it reallly works. No itching for the last three months at all.. smells good love it.

made my skin feel so clean, just a little weird about how it made my skin feel slippery after fully rinsing, but thats probably just the hydration from it, otherwise goid product!
