I like how gentle this is on my skin.

Gentle on the skin. I like the foam, but would like more consistent lather instead of the liquid feel.

I have combination skin and it works great. I use a heavier foundation and it removes it better than cold cream

I only received one bottle, bag was cut. I contacted customer service, they were great, shipped a replacement out right away. Again, I only received one bottle. Contacted them again and just asked for a refund. $20 for a single bottle of face wash is a bit much for me.

Great product, but like another reviewer posted, we received 1 bottle. called and said we're missing the other 2. Received another bottle a couple days later. called again and told them it's a 3 pack, what is the disconnect? miscommunication somewhere. hope it gets corrected soon

PUMP DOES NOT WORK. Every single bottle I've ever purchased, the pump stops working correctly before I'm even halfway through the bottle. The spring gives out, and you have to pull the pump back up in order to press it again. Very difficult to do with soapy hands in the shower. Please fix this issue!!
