Disappointed! Not typical Cetaphil quality. The formula is drying, not as gentle as other products I've used. The pump design also flawed as it sticks in the down position. Will not buy again.

Seraching product in store as well as online is so easy and user friendly. Prices are good not giving high prices like other stores. Keep the original prices. Delivery is so easy and quick

The product itself is good. However the dispenser is the WORST EVER! It's a foaming face wash but you can't press down with one hand to dispense the foam. I have to use two hands. Use a standard pump dispenser and I'll consider purchasing again.

The product is great but they only send 1 bottle instead of 3. And when they send you the replacement, again only 1 bottle. So I’ve gotten 2 bottles for the price of 3. They need to get their warehouse or whatever is causing this issue, in order. I see I’m not the only one who’s had this issue.

I like the product but the dispenser gets stuck in the down position after each dispense. This causes me to have to force the dispenser up after each press. I've tried rinsing the dispenser after each face wash, but that didn't help. Any suggestions? I hate fighting with it.

Pump sticks. Cant get foam out!!! Waste of my money. Bought one at CVS. Works fine.
