I bought this and it is no where loaded with potatoes. Hardly any at all . So I fixed more potatoes and added to the creamy soup. Will not purchase again !!

The last several packages have had very hard, undercooked potatoes. Very yucky. I have stopped buying their soups. They are cutting costs and it shows.

My boyfriend and I both experienced undercooked potatoes that are crunchy regardless of how long we cooked them. Just bought it last Sunday in Lima, OH.

Just bought this yesterday. I was a little Leary of it because is some of the review. I was so surprised how hearty and delicious it was. All that I did was add a little shredded cheese on top of it , once I placed in bowels. It was delicious!!

My daughter and I loved this soup. Sure wish it was still in stock. Sometimes we’d eat right out of the container. Other times we add additional veggies or crispy jalapeños.

The soup smelled wonderful but… the potatoes were so undercooked they were actually crunchy. Hard like eating raw carrots. What’s up with that? I tried boiling the soup for a while but the potatoes never got soft enough to eat.

I was not a fan of this at all. I added so many seasonings to try and make it taste better. To me it just tasted like cream and onion. No other flavors, but, also a weird after taste. I added a lot of chicken, salt, pepper, and then even added ranch powder and still could hardly eat it. I will be just throwing it away.

Got this last week. Glad I did. Broke off an old (25+ years) root canaled tooth and the dentist had to literally dig out the crumbling roots. Yes, he gave me some serious pain killers and I feel good right now...squirrel.... Anywho! This is some amazing soup! I normally don't buy readymade soups because homemade is so much better. But this stuff is the BOMB-DIGGITY! I will buy more!

The texture of this soup is weirdly gelatinous. The flavor is lacking. As another review mentioned, it tastes like flour. The most unforgivable offense is the potatoes. They are undercooked, on the verge of being raw. I expect potatoes in soup to fall apart, and that be what thickens the soup. Not so here.

The flavor of the soup is tasty. The big downfall is that the potatoes have an uncooked taste, meaning that they are somewhat hard. We even tried simmering the soup in a pot for 20 minutes, hoping that the potatoes would soften up, but they didn't. We finished off the soup but not sure we will buy more due.
