I used to love this soup. My last purchase was my last very weird chunks of stuff in the soup and no it wasn't potatoes it looked like a dead rodent. Made me want to vomit and immediately threw it all out.

This soup was overpowered by the taste of onion, both my partner and I couldn’t stand it. We threw the containers away. Also there were a few dark rotten looking pieces of potato in the soup. Would not recommend, try the broccoli cheddar instead!

I call this good, not great, potato soup. I found the potatoes, bacon, and other ingredients went well together in the milk base soup. I would purchase it again.

Occasionally, some of the containers have potato chunks that are hard and less flavorful. Most of the time the potatoes in the soup are soft and well-distributed in the liquid. When the potatoes are soft, the soup is very very good.

I was excited to try this soup, but I won't buy again. The flavor was on point for the most part, but there were no potatoes. It was very "soupy" and felt like I could have drank the "soup" since it had no actual ingredients. Won't buy again.

An attempt, but it falls a bit short. Good, not very good or great. Potatoes are under cooks as well as onions. I get it...reheat, but still falls short.

I would have liked this soup better if it didn’t have so much smoke flavor. It definitely isn’t a bacon flavor, it’s smoke. Doesn’t really taste like loaded baked potato soup.

I guess we've gotten lucky based on some of the reviews here. We've bought this twice and all 4 containers were delicious and had a ton of diced potatoes. Very flavourful with a nice creamy texture.

The soup itself is not horrible, but the name really writes a check that the soup can't cash. A more fitting name for this soup would be "Potato Chowder with Chives"

It was always good on it's own and is a staple in our house, but we added some chopped bacon and it changed the game. Super easy on a week night to add to some simple sandwiches.
