Both are very good for your hair. So I really like that. It also has a very strong smelling scent to it. So if you don’t prefer strong scents, then I would steer clear of this shampoo. Personally I like the smell. It has helped make hair a little more healthier. I have only been using for almost a week. I’m hopeful the longer I use it the better my hair will get. I love the pump action top. It makes washing my hair less messy. I don’t have to worry about loosing the lid. If you have an itchy scalp, or unhealthy hair I definitely recommend using this shampoo.

After using almost 2 weeks, his itchiness is reduced and flakes are significantly reduced also. The eucalyptus smells so fresh. He likes this scent a lot.
