[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Sonicare ultrasonic toothbrush. Unfortunately, the vibrations ultimately degrade the internal mechanism over time. However, they work so well, I continue to buy them. The first 2 I bought were pricier, this was less expensive, and works just as well.

I like the idea of an adjustable brush, the ability to select the intensity of cleaning and gum massage is great. I also like that there's a timer on the brush as my hygienist said I need to brush longer and I was singing survival with another brush before this In order to get in more brushing time. Overall, my teeth feel cleaner than with my previous battery powered brush and I'm actually looking forward to my next dental cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Sonicare products for over 20 years and I love them. This particular model isn't as nice as some previous ones I've had though. It doesn't have the rubber type grip surface to help hold the brush & maneuver the head. It also "glitches" which I'm guessing is the brushing too hard feature??? From my past products, it feels to me like it's time to move to next quadrant... Anyway, I love the results!!! Since I started using Sonicare, my dental checkups have been sooo much better, thank you!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Gray toothbrush. The only problem I have is that on the clean mode in settings instead of having more cycles of 30 seconds it has six cycles of 20 seconds. It just doesn't make sense if you're supposed to brush 30 seconds per quadrant

Purchased at Sams Club in-store 2PK with brush heads and cases to replace older model Sonicare brushes that are failing. Have used less than 1 month but so far we're pleased with toothbrushes. Registered warranty online and received an extra 6 mos (30 mos ttl). Per instructions, wifi brush heads are needed to take full advantage of features but older model heads will work. Agree with other reviewers, cases do not latch. Also, not enough room in case to hold charging stand.

I do love the clean. Effective brush. Had to return twice under warranty because the metal “drive stick” had loosened inside. The resulting symptom is significantly reduced cleaning effectiveness and a floppy, loose brush head. Customer service was effective, but I dont think I should have to deal with this more than once. Likely a faulty design.

It is funny to receive a request for a review after it has stopped working. Regardless, this was a Christmas 2019 gift for my wife. She loved it and found it did a remarkable job. She found the highest intensity to much for her personally, but switched from mid to low frequently. She was very impressed with the 'back from the dentist' feel of clean. So as a result, I purchased a step down model, then we also got one for each of the kids. Long battery life on these devices. Quite impressive. The 'quad' beeps aid with keeping good coverage on each area. Takes some getting used to using it on front incisors, as it gets quite loud. Note that Philips has gone beyond kind and has been trying to replace the unit for us, I am just waiting for a replacement receipt, ink faded. Lastly, use ONLY the Philips replacement heads, a relative gave us some overseas knockoffs which do not work and fall apart in seconds. All in all a great product.

It has greatly improved my oral cleaning procedure for both morning and before bedtime. This toothbrush makes me feel like I am healthier - that my whole mouth is clean, not just my teeth. Brushing with the ProtectiveClean 6100 gives me a great sense of confidence with my health. I am very, very, happy with this brush!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Philips toothbrush! I like the three cleaning modes and the alert it gives you every 30 seconds to change to a new quadrant. I like that it starts blinking when it's time to recharge the battery. And I like its sleek design & color. If I could change anything it would be to alert every 15 seconds as that is how I break down my brushing, as I break my brushing quadrants on half.

I am 62 years old with two small cavities and while I would like to credit genetics, I am sure my continuing use of the Sonicare toothbrushes has helped with my overall dental health and general well being.
