[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Sonicare ultrasonic toothbrush. Unfortunately, the vibrations ultimately degrade the internal mechanism over time. However, they work so well, I continue to buy them. The first 2 I bought were pricier, this was less expensive, and works just as well.

Due to frequent vibration per minute, the metal mile that the toothbrush head goes into may get loosen in a few years. Thus, it must be used with care. I had to get mine replaced through warranty with no cost.

Once I started using my ne one I noticed a big difference in my teeth. Cleaner, smoother and stay clean longer. Best brush on the market!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Sonic toothbrushes seemingly forever. This toothbrush is a replacement for a very old toothbrush. I like how clean it makes my teeth--they feel so clean when I'm finished brushing. I like the timing feature, and I like that I can adjust the brush power and use different kinds of brush heads. And I love the new purple color.

I love the way it leaves my teeth shiny smooth I love that it has timers enabling me to change sides and spend the right amount of time needed for healthy teeth and gums. I have sensitive gums taking care of my gums is very very important. The toothbrush acts like my personal coach. Thank you

I like how it has great features like gum care which I normally use at night because it runs for 3 minutes. The "clean" feature runs for 2 minutes which is what I use every morning. I use the number 2 intensity instead of 3 because I feel like 3 is too intense for my gums. I haven't tried switching to a different brush head yet but I'm pretty satisfied with the W2 brush head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Gray toothbrush. The only problem I have is that on the clean mode in settings instead of having more cycles of 30 seconds it has six cycles of 20 seconds. It just doesn't make sense if you're supposed to brush 30 seconds per quadrant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used Phillips Sonic care toothbrushes for years decided to upgrade to this new model. What a difference!! We love the 3 options for cleaning and it feels like we just left the dentist with our bi-annual cleaning every day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I much prefer the original Philips Sonicare (HX5610 - 150825) but unfortunately it is not manufactured anymore. It is a shame they had to redesign what was a fine product. The new Philips Sonicare (HX369BK - 220606) comes with a much smaller C2 brush head. It does not have the same brushing action as the original Sonicare. The base is very lightweight and not as supportive as the original. You cannot plug the new version into an electrical outlet. You have to buy a USB adapter.
