This is the worst experience I've ever had Sam's Club. I'll never buy from them online again. It's a matter fact I'm thinking of canceling my membership. The delivery people that brought it was supposed to notify me 30 minutes before delivery so I could come home from work. they did not notify me. I came home. It was laying in my driveway. The box was all tore up now. I have to get two of the neighborhood kids to help me put it in the house. I'm 67 years old and had to give them $50 to put it in my house. This is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service! They put us through terrible stressful 4 hour long conversation on the phone and in the end we still had to return their damaged furniture and wait for someone to pick it up and they told us to repurchase the furniture without any discounts. He hang up the phone on us. Very disrespectful and very disappointed. We just wanted the broken sofas replaced.

We love it and it’s very comfortable

Very comfortable couch, great quality, exceptional price

Great couch! Soft leather! Super comfy!!

Very nice but could have more padding. More like overstuffed furniture.

This reclining sofa looks very high-quality. I like that it has a built-in USB port. I like that it is easy to recline and un-recline.

What an Amazing Couch! I was a bit Skeptical at first, others similar went for $2,000 with the same materials and Reclining. We have enjoyed it for almost 2 months now and have nothing but good things to say. Everyone Loves it!

I love the reclining sofa! I love the color and the soft leather. It fits perfectly in my home. It is very comfortable and perfect for me. I would highly recommend it. Just buy it!

Built to last! This is high quality comfort with a sturdy frame and smooth operating mechanism. The leather is soft and durable creating a luxurious relaxing experience. The sofa will be a beautiful addition to any space!
