The sofa arrived defective, and returning it was an exhausting ordeal. Sam's Club's shipping partner only sent a single driver to pick up this incredibly heavy piece of furniture, and I was forced to help lift and carry it from my living room to the truck myself. On top of that, it took nearly four weeks of fighting with customer service and escalating to a supervisor to finally get my refund processed. Unacceptable quality and even worse delivery/return service. Avoid this product!

What an Amazing Couch! I was a bit Skeptical at first, others similar went for $2,000 with the same materials and Reclining. We have enjoyed it for almost 2 months now and have nothing but good things to say. Everyone Loves it!

Love the look of these recliners ,the leather is pretty soft.. but; they feel a bit flat, like they need more cushion…and worse of all is they have a strong chemical smell..I can’t get past the smell.. I’m giving them a week if the smell doesn’t go away I’m returning them. Sadly. Otherwise they look pretty good.

I'll start by saying that this product is a rip-off. The display model in the store—the one left out for people to see and try—is made of material that bears absolutely no resemblance to the product you actually buy. The product you receive is of extremely poor quality; it retains indentations easily, feels flimsy, and seems to lack sufficient filling. It is a complete lack of respect.

The color is gorgeous. The leather is very soft and it really looks nice in our space. I have wanted a leather sofa, but not one that looked too poofy and weird. This one looks nice but still has the reclining option and not that overly poof bubbly look. We like the power recline option and the adjustable headreset in a nice feature. What really sold me on this sofa is that the backrest is tall and not short like too many others. You can reset your full body when you sit without having to slouch because the back is tall enough for that!

This is probably the most plastic of plastic couches I've ever had and really I've never had a plastic couch, but this is definitely a plastic couch. Fake leather! So annoyed! I thought about immediately returning it since they said it was Cow Hide, but then I thought well I'll give it a chance because after all, I do have dogs and it'll probably be destroyed in a year or two. That's why I did not want to spend much money on this. In all honesty, with the low price, I didn't really expect it to be cow hide leather like it said, but my hopes were high. Tried to upload a pic and Sams aint having it. For the price, ill keep it because it weighs a ton and don't want to move it again. The recline is pretty nice, easy to put together , in mint condition on delivery. If it was real leather i would be over the moon. Tried to upload a photo showing the difference between real leather and this fake Maybe they blocked me.

This is the worst experience I've ever had Sam's Club. I'll never buy from them online again. It's a matter fact I'm thinking of canceling my membership. The delivery people that brought it was supposed to notify me 30 minutes before delivery so I could come home from work. they did not notify me. I came home. It was laying in my driveway. The box was all tore up now. I have to get two of the neighborhood kids to help me put it in the house. I'm 67 years old and had to give them $50 to put it in my house. This is ridiculous.

This chair is made of real leather, which is a nice quality feature. It's comfortable overall, though it does feel a bit firm at first. One thing I really don't like is that when it's fully reclined, my feet hang over the edge. I'm 5'10", so I'm not especially tall, and about 6 inches of my feet extend past the footrest. It also doesn't recline as far back as I expected. Overall, it's decent quality, but the length and recline range could definitely be improved.

My wife and i bought two for our living room and love them. The leather seems to be well installed and high quality (it is top grain leather aka one of the best types). We thought we wouldnt use the usb ports but it turns out theyre perfect for charging the baby monitor or our phones. The reclining function works great and the adjustable headrest fuction is a really nice addition. These couches are a great product, especially at this price point. Members Mark continues to be a high value high quality brand rivaling Kirkland.
