Dimples are starting to show on the seatong surfaces, not sure if it’s a problem with the leather or fabrication.

I do not recommend buying this. We just purchased this on 2/7/26. This is what it looks like 2/18/26 It has hardly been sat in since we got it. It won’t let me post the pictures That’s strange

Super nice and well made

Looks nice in the room, but incredibly uncomfortable. No lumbar support. Lacks padding in the arms and back. This sofa caused back and neck pain. I’ve owned it 4 months and the seat cushions are failing.

please dont buy this product. Sams just threw this package on the streets. no customer service support as well. had to spend $200 on my own to get the package to safe location. Worst customer experience.

delivery was a hassle. they called to cancel on day of delivery and left a vm saying they're coming the next day. no window. no call back number. no apology. i took off from work for this And lost a lot of money. i blame sams for not having control over their vendors

Really nice sofa for the price. Faux leather feels great, recliners work smoothly and so do the usb chargers. Reclining positions could be a bit more comfortable, and perhaps a bit longer for a 6’3” guy as I am. I also wish Sam’s Club could deliver it.

We have had that almost 2 years and it is already falling apart. The one side the springs lean and make it so uncomfortable to sit.

Love the look of these recliners ,the leather is pretty soft.. but; they feel a bit flat, like they need more cushion…and worse of all is they have a strong chemical smell..I can’t get past the smell.. I’m giving them a week if the smell doesn’t go away I’m returning them. Sadly. Otherwise they look pretty good.

It been 3 years since I purchased these. I'm still enjoying them. They are really awesome for this price compared to retailers. you won't regret it after buying
