Very comfortable couch, great quality, exceptional price

My Wife and I were redoing our home theater room. We went ton6 different furniture stores. It was looking like a $5to $7,500 for just 2 chairs and 1 sofa. One day we were just walking around in Sam’s Club Christmas Shopping and came across this set. We were stunned on the quality the feel of the Cowhide Leather. The softness and reclining abilities. The adjustable head rest was perfect. I wiped out my phone and went to my calculator. $2,285.13 with tax. Geez we were looking at $3,000 just for a sofa other stores. We continued to shop around and kept coming back to this set. After about a month we decided to buy this Sam’s Club set. We like it and cannot complain about the quality at all. We knew someone that could help us pick it up and deliver it to our home. It’s was just easier for us to do it that way. Caution the sofa is close to 300lbs. 25 years ago we bought a Members Mark Patio set and 17 years ago we bought 2 Leather Recliners for our Cabin. After all of these years we are still happy with our Members Mark Brand purchases.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had Sam’s Club. I’ll never buy from them online again. It’s a matter fact I’m thinking of canceling my membership. The delivery people that brought it was supposed to notify me 30 minutes before delivery so I could come home from work. they did not notify me. I came home. It was laying in my driveway. The box was all tore up now. I have to get two of the neighborhood kids to help me put it in the house. I’m 67 years old and had to give them $50 to put it in my house. This is ridiculous.

The couch is large and a nice warm brown color. It feels a little bulky to me but I do like that it is smooth and rounded on the arms. The buttons are not the highest quality but are good with multiple functions.

Nice quality, easy assembly and works well. Like it enough to buy a second piece but don't have room for another sofa and don't really want two recliner chairs. Wish there was a love seat to match. I should've made sure before buying.

This chair is made of real leather, which is a nice quality feature. It’s comfortable overall, though it does feel a bit firm at first. One thing I really don’t like is that when it’s fully reclined, my feet hang over the edge. I’m 5'10", so I’m not especially tall, and about 6 inches of my feet extend past the footrest. It also doesn’t recline as far back as I expected. Overall, it’s decent quality, but the length and recline range could definitely be improved.

My wife and i bought two for our living room and love them. The leather seems to be well installed and high quality (it is top grain leather aka one of the best types). We thought we wouldnt use the usb ports but it turns out theyre perfect for charging the baby monitor or our phones. The reclining function works great and the adjustable headrest fuction is a really nice addition. These couches are a great product, especially at this price point. Members Mark continues to be a high value high quality brand rivaling Kirkland.

Couch itself is very nice. I bought both couch and chair. However, the delivery option was atrocious! 2 separate deliveries by folks I think they picked up at landscaping outlet. Definitely not pros! Man and wife, small dolly, dropped it. I had to help. 2nd delivery, 1 man alone, no dolly, I had to help. Sams, you can do better!

This was delivered to my home by one person by throwing it out of their truck into my driveway. Ok…fine. I got it in the door myself! But upon further examination and after the tedious process of getting it put together I found a strange pattern that was imprinted into one of the seats. Also it’s nearly impossible to get comfortable in reclining position bc the foot and bk do not recline independently of one another. It is very under-stuffed with absolutely no lumbar cushion /support. Zero! And for some reason the Sam’s Club app won’t let me upload any pics! Shocking!

Cooper sofa recliner works great for my wife and I; I give it a 4/5. My review is based on the recklessness of the delivery The driver showed up shortly after receiving a text saying the sofa was on the way. A minivan pulled up with a large box sticking out of the back, with only one person in the van. Asking the driver why they only sent one person, he said he didn’t know it weighed 254lbs. He asked if I had a dolly. We strapped it to a dolly lowered one end only to find him on the dolly side saying he would help push. After tweaking my back, we got it into the front door and I told him goodbye. Well, sitting there in pain, I could not believe what just happened. It is careless to put there drivers and customers at risk of injury. I am totally amazed by Sam’s Club incompetence.
